santos was strong– in the physical sense sure, but he was strong when it came to just about everything else, most specifically his emotions– there could be a whirlwind brewing inside of him, but his outside would be cold, resembling stone. but after last week's events, a lot of people saw a completely different side to him– and he would do it again if it meant protecting his daughter. it was freeing in a sense though, and a small part, a very small part of him was grateful for it all in a weird way. “ another, please. ” he motioned to the bartender to refill the empty shot glass in front of him.

            naeun  han  embodies  rhea  ,  the  titaness  daughter  of  the  earth  goddess  gaia  and  the  sky  god  uranus  ,  gaia’s  son  .  rhea  is  the  goddess  of  earth  and  fertility  .  han  wears  a  gorgeous  georges  hobeika  dress  accented  with  yellow  flowers  and  a  removable  shawl  .  she  accents  her  dress  with  18k  gold  ‘  paloma  ’  olive  leaf  ear  climbers  from  tiffany  &  co.  ,  fendi’s  vertical  box  bag  in  a  soft  pink  ,  and  a  handmade  gold  halo  crown  .

THERE WAS A thrill in wearing new clothes, even more so when said clothes were luxurious and heavy in the best way. of course, the heaviness of the dress she was wearing now contrasted directly with the emptiness of her bank account and she’d probably be eating ramen for a few months, but she just couldn’t make herself care -- she always believed she should dress for the way she wanted to be perceived and she felt like a goddess in her bedazzled dress, so she knew it would be impossible for this night to go wrong. 

aylin stopped herself from toying yet again with her headpiece, another expensive investment, when she realized she should probably network a little. snatching a champagne flute ( that she didn’t really intend to drink the contents of ) from a nearby waiter, she made her way towards the person closest to her. ❝ what exactly are we supposed to do at an event like this ? ❞ she had always dreamed of attending galas like this one, but she never realized how boring they could be. ❝ i mean, no one really waltzes anymore so i feel like even dancing is off the menu. ❞

Allison Adams as Antheia  (Ἀνθεία) she is one of the Charites, or Graces, of Greek mythology and was the goddess of flowers and flowery wreaths. She was depicted in Athenian vase painting as one of the attendants of Aphrodite. Her name Antheia is derived from the Ancient Greek word ἄνθος means "flower" or "blossom".        sora   sees   the   moon   as   still   ,   simplistic   ,   beauty   that   speaks   for   itself   .   so   while   her   gown   might   seem   plain   ,   it   holds   true   that   the   moon   doesn't   need   garish   and   gaudy   accessory   to   capture   your   attention   .   it   just   does   !

𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐢𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢 presents 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐝. often refered to by the romans as 𝐬𝐨𝐥, he would ride his 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧, 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐭 through the sky from east to west. 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭

            𝐀𝐒  𝐏𝐄𝐑  𝐔𝐒𝐔𝐀𝐋  ,  𝐍𝐀𝐄𝐔𝐍'𝐒  job  never  stops  .  she  has  spent  far  too  much  time  consoling  a  woman  who  dropped  pasta  on  her  dress  and  a  regretful  amount  of  time  telling  the  woman’s  wife  that  ‘  no  ,  i  cannot  go  to  a  target  and  buy  her  a  tide  pen  .  ’  to  put  it  simply  ,  naeun  is  tired  ,  but  she’ll  put  on  a  brave  face  long  enough  until  the  gala  is  over  .  she  can’t  wait  to  take  off  her  heels  once  she’s  in  an  uber  ,  and  to  finally  take  off  the  headpiece  that  she’s  sure  is  squeezing  her  head  too  tight  .  naeun  sips  down  a  glass  of  sauvignon  blanc  in  an  effort  to  loosen  herself  up  a  bit  (  she’s  wound  up  far  tighter  than  she  thought  she’d  be  )  ,  and  figures  it’s  about  time  for  her  to  get  a  photo - op  for  her  instagram  .  naeun  slips  out  of  the  gala  in  search  of  somewhere  within  the  hotel  to  comfortably  take  a  picture  ,  and  she  figures  the  foyer  is  good  enough  .  naeun  scopes  out  of  the  foyer  for  a  second  before  spotting  a  familiar  frame  off  to  the  left  of  her  .  she  perks  up  a  bit  and  gently  taps  their  shoulder  .  ‘  hey  ,  you  wanna  join  me  for  a  picture  or  two  ?  guaranteed  to  get  reposted  on  masters’  instagram  because  we  both  look  heavenly  .  ’

This was the first Masters Gala of Alexander’s employment that they didn’t wear something floor-length, whether that be slacks or a gown. They’d been nervous when they picked it out (though they’d never admit that) that it wouldn’t live up to the name of the gala. But, upon trying it on, upon putting their outfit together, they realized that it was to theme, it was beautiful, and who would say otherwise? Now that they were there, did they stick out in the crowd? Absolutely. As they should, they believed - that was the whole point of going as Eros. They had found a mirror in the hallway and that’s where they were stood, adjusting their hair and their headpiece after putting on some lip gloss, truly enchanted by their own reflection.
