Wheel of Time Characters and the Cars They'd Drive
Written by someone who knows extremely little about cars
Rand: The poor boy buys like a standard issue sedan and then a bunch of weirdos start following him around and telling him that the car is "special." Moiraine spray paints dragon decals on his car one night while he's sleeping. People keep trying to slash his tires but he always catches them just in time. You know how it goes
Perrin: Pickup truck with normal sized wheels. Great for helping people move! Also great for running people over. Duality of man etc etc. There's always a dog in the back sticking its head out the window, but Perrin does not know this dog or where it came from
Nynaeve: She buys a used car that looks like it's falling apart and everyone tells her that she overpaid. Four months in, they realize that the last owner did a bunch of Fast and Furious style modifications and Nynaeve could probably outrace God
Mat: Bike. This SHOULD NOT WORK but somehow he's still on time to everything. This baffles everyone, including him
Egwene: Something VERY practical with great gas mileage, like a honda civic. That's the only practical car I know because it's what my dad told me to buy.
Elayne: Lexus. Mat makes fun of her for driving a luxury car and she's like "????? it's not like it's a Cadillac?"
Liandrin: A Cadillac
Moiraine: A jeep, but the nicest most upgraded version. Unless there's a car that's better for off-roading, in which case she drives that instead
Lan: A cool classic car. A car that can drift (maybe all cars can drift but Lan's definitely can). He thinks that Nynaeve's car is The Coolest for some reason
Lanfear: A horse! Just kidding. She drives a silver range rover because an article I googled said that range rovers are the king of the road.
Bonus:
Asmodean: the car type Does Not Matter all that matters is that he has a vanity license plate

My one criticism thinking back is they absolutely dropped the ball on Nynaeve. She just has no end to her season's arc. Just went, "Nope, can't do it."
She didn't even save Egwene or have a real moment with her after a ton of buildup and trying to get her out of there.
I honestly really wish this episode had been a two-parter and they'd let it breathe a little. That'd give more time to fine tune some of these storylines and their wrap-ups, less people just randomly running into each other on the street and all coming together like the power rangers at the end.

I know this is so obvious but it just hit me that five village kids, Rand, Egwene, Nynaeve, Mat, and Perrin became so huge in the Wheel of Time. The Dragon, the Amyrlin, a Queen, a Prince/Emperor Consort, a King? Just the way every single one of the main characters became a ruler of the world is absolutely insane.

What if because Rand went to the Eye of the World and then “died” that everyone else thinks he wasn’t the dragon

I think it says something about me that I dislike/like the least the characters I relate to the most.

I'm curious the extent to which Robert Jordan intended this (I think he probably did), but the in-universe narrative of "men and women cannot possibly understand each other" is deeply undermined by the fact that you, the reader, are extremely likely to identify as male or female, and are capable of understanding the motivations of both male and female characters.
The reason I think Jordan knew this was not only the effort made to have the characters motives be explicable when you're in their heads, but to have these communication difficulties go away the second the characters talked to each other and explained what was going on with them.
I think more than that, Jordan feels like he thought a lot of culture around masculine/feminine mystique was silly and harmful. Not only because it hinders good communication (Jordan does not agree that "not explaining stuff" is generally a good thing), but also because it leads to other harmful behaviors being swept up in the umbrella. Think of the number of times Elayne, Nynaeve, and the Aes Sedai are being awful to Mat, who treats it as "this is women being awful and inscrutible" when it's really them just being arrogant and awful. Or Mat being flippant and a jerk (in part as a defensive thing) being generalized to an "all men are like this" when it's really "Nynaeve and Mat get along like two cats in a sack that is on fire".
Does Jordan have some weird gender essentialism in his books? Definitely. But he also has far less than people credit to him, if you listen to the characters and not the subtext (or even text).

Ohhh it’s sad post canon WoT thoughts:
Nynaeve is going to be the last of the EF5 alive.
At best Perrin and Mat have until their seventies, so fifty or so years, Perrin might live that long- Mat however is contending with Seanchen assassination culture, and like, he’s lucky, and alert, but all it takes is one slip up so realistically Mat will likely be the next of them die and likely not of natural causes.
Perrin would likely live and die naturally, the Two Rivers is a safe place to live so unless there’s another drastic world threatening event he gets to live out the rest of his days in peace with Faile.
We don’t know about Rand, if his lifespan was shortened by the loss of his channeling or of that strange new power gives him a similar slowed aging effect. We also don’t know if the others ever learn that Rand is still alive.
And well, we all know what happened to Egwene.
That’s leaves Nynaeve. The oldest of the five. The one who helped raise those kids. She left Emmonds Field to protect them and she outlived them all. She’ll outlive Lan too. She’ll at least have Elayne but that won’t change the fact that those kids she cared so much about are gone. That potentially three of them died violently, that she couldn’t protect them. The long lifespan of an Aes Sedai is a cruel thing, especially for someone like Nynaeve who cares so deeply about the people around her.
