I like generally all of the characters in tamers and I wanna specify here when talking about him I mean the tamers version explicitly but MAN do I not like Ryo. Fuck this kid bro

WHERE THEY JUST TURN HIM INTO A LIKE GENERIC ROBO CHARACTER DESPITE THE FACT HE WAS INTRODUCED#WITH SO MUCH PASSION FOR JUSTICE. OUTSPOKEN AND RECKLESS SURE BUT WITH A SINCERE LOVE FOR PEACE.#LIKE HIROKAZU AND GUARDROMON BECOMING JUSTIMON WOULD HAGE BEEN SOOO GOOD#ALLOWING THE LONG RUNNING COMEDIC SIDE CHARACTER TO FINALLY CHANGE AND EVOLVE IN HIS OWN RIGHT AS A MORE SERIOUS CHARACTER….#BUT NO. RYO IS HERE INSTEAD. THEY DONT EVEN SHOW ON SCREEN HOW HE EVEN BECOMES JUSTIMOM.#ryo + cyberdramon should have only existed#for the like inital two episodes they appear in as like cameo characters before getting gone#i feel so strongly that their presence in the narrative overall makes it so much more worse#when it could have been sp much better#kicking the fucking pebbles banging my hands on the floor
