hello everyone!! missed you all a lot and brought art for Maylor Week!! :3 this is a small comic, a universe that has been in my head for a long time and i am so happy that i was able to make it a reality, thanks to this week!! <33

this comic tells that Roger, having moved from Britain, now lives in America and takes care of animals and a farm, alone. in this universe, he is, so to speak, a cowboy. but one day, breaking his routine life, Brian arrives from another world to find a natural mineral that is only in this universe. let it be red beryl. he asks Roger to help him with this, as he doesn't know what to expect from this universe. at first, Roger didn't want to help him, because he was afraid that it was an alien. but when Roger saw that it was a man, he decided that nothing bad would happen if he helped this guy. because he looks harmless and really handsome..

I think at the end of the day Taylor is just a girl™ with certain tropes that she is infatuated by, and the whole second chance romance is something that comes up again and again in her narratives. She’s also known to be extremely in from the very first day when she’s into someone so all that added up and resulted in may.

i think it's simpler than that and more that she was hurting and numbing herself by hooking up with a friend. whether she really thought they were end game is kinda irrelevant because it is a canon event: this was the only way it was going to end

Sliding Doors: After the 90s Gwynneth Paltrow movie. It’s such a random coincidence that Les Brown saw Brian’s notice advertising for a drummer and mentioned it to Roger. What if he hadn’t seen the notice? What if he hadn’t mentioned it to Roger? Would the fates still have aligned to bring them together? Or would an astrophysicist and a dentist once have sat randomly side by side in the stands at Live Aid and felt a strange frisson?

This is not even to insult anyone’s intelligence but like critical thinking skills, people. We need them. Badly. What people are missing is that Maylors are not creating shit out of their heads like Gaylors or Haylors. There is actual material. Like explain the 05-22-20 date. Explain the lit up box on the door. Explain 1:38. Explain the neon boxes in the lyric video. Explain why Taylor is nowhere to be seen during Matty’s breaks and when she isn’t seen neither is Matty. Explain why the breakup on the People article left the door open for a reconnection which has never happened before in any of Tay’s relationships. Explain why Taylor is so defensive about ONE article saying she’s back with Matty. Explain why the rebuttal articles came out within 30 minutes. Explain a highly renowned/respected journalist putting in The New Yorker article about Matty the quote “this time it’s real” about Matty/Tay’s relationship that they got from their own camps. Explain the “never been this happy” speech leading into Question. Explain why Taylor showed up to The 1975’s concert and debuted Anti-Hero live for the very first time. Explain why Midnights was released a week after BFIAFL. Explain the suddenly good articles in Matty’s favor and why when you look him up, you don’t see anything bad as of now. Explain “this is about you. You know who you are. I love you.” Mouthed from both of them.

Are we going to sit back and ignore these things that actually happened? Like how many of these before people are gonna wake up and say, “hmm yeah they might still be talking and she actually likes him?” Like at this point you’re just being clueless I’m sorry.

This piece just. Came to me. I bounced ideas off my partner and this idea, the two of them young in 1969 and then again in 2023 as the shadows just. Felt needed.

I do think reptv vault songs that are haylor are gonna be scathing like IION and will get one extra sad song about the bbmas night that'll parallel Question in some ways. And probably one song about CH and the rest about snakegate

There’s a long period it covers. IION was written a full year+ before the end of Haylor and Calvin, So it Goes, Style etc, are is in that period. In mid-2016 Taylor said she’d stopped writing, but we don’t know when. This also includes the time MH said dating her was emasculating- I’d love if this Maylor thing gets put to rest by addressing that.

I expect to be surprised like we were with the 1989 vaults when everyone was like “my goodness she cared more than we know” I expect more of that, maybe some break up songs for early 2015 and 2016, IDWLF is the only one we got. In late 2015 she was going through it, Calvin allegedly cheated, she first posted the breathe by Hillary Duff after a summer of them both in Europe when Harry posted some colour photos. She’s referenced that song in getaway car, paper rings, labyrinth - but no song from when she posted it.

Then there’s a missing part of the story between February, April and June 2016. Including Yachgate, the lead up to April 29 (though that may be gorgeous and delicate). And a bunch of reputation got new Joe-bridges, she might drop some original lyrics like she did with the 1989.

So I think break up songs, probably love lost, lusty songs, and yeah more snake drama.

The Muse is crying bitterly week after week, having to write sexytimes is always a struggle and there seems to be NO END IN SIGHT. Do give her some love and maybe some coffee to galvanize her, hehe. Excerpt:

Brian loved waking up like this, all warm and comfortable, loose-limbed. He loved the feel of Roger against him, on him, loving him in a slow exploration of hands and lips on his skin.

He smiled when he felt Roger nip at him lightly, heard his soft exhalation of laughter against the junction of his ear and jaw. He felt his flesh stir in the wake of Roger's exploration of his body and the feel of Roger's mouth against his only made him smile wider.

It was only when he opened his eyes a fraction and tried to stretch that he found that he could not move his arms.

He could not move his arms.

His eyes flew wide open at the realization, catching sight of a captivating Roger up close, looking down at him through a blond curtain of hair falling all around him. He turned his gaze up and caught sight of his wrists, bound above his head.

He sighed as he slumped back against the pillows. "Rog," he said softly, striving for calm. "What the hell?"

Roger's clear blue gaze remained innocent. "You said you know entirely how I feel. I want to find out just how far you think you know, darling Bri."
