Two mbav fics in a row where I have Rory holding and flying with Benny. One I started months before the holiday exchange but i ended up getting a prompt that involved Rory flying with Benny. The older one is still incomplete but is like almost 3 times as long and is a different scenario to the flying.

hi! are there any word minimums or maximums for fic fills?

fic fills can be any word count, but i think if it's longer than the tumblr character limit it should be posted to ao3 (or the fic site of your choice). since no one is getting assigned a specific person (like with the mbav holiday exchange) to create content for, then i say write within your comfort level. if it's at an unsatisfactory word count for one person, it'll be perfect for somebody else.

wow alas i forgot i see now that my favorite mbav ship Bethan gets appreciation on fanfiction and i love that but i guess i should have clarified that i meant i wish it got more attention on tumblr/here instead of being left out ignored and forgotten cause that's what it feels like especially because it wasn't even included in the holiday gift exchange this year and i think that's pretty disappointing

highly recommend signing up for the exchange next year and offering/requesting it then! you can't force others to be into your ship, but you can still enjoy it with the people who do like it

i think that because there was such a big focus on bethan in the last decade or so, people are starting to branch out and explore rarepairs and other ships. that doesn't mean everyone hates bethan, it just means there's more love for other ships, too.

Rory's mom definitely loves her boy unconditionally. She loves him so much she pays exorbitant amounts of money to get cheesy professionally taken and edited photos of them yearly to see "how her sweet child has grown." She loves him so much she can look past the fact that he stopped aging when he was 14 years old.

He thinks she's yet to notice.

benny and ethan are playing video games, living the life! something bad probably happens. (power goes out, maybe they get sucked into the game) and they have the stats of their characters! they can get out after defeating the game. (if it's a playlist, it can be apprehensive and upbeat! stakes are running high) they make it back in one piece back to Ethan's house, but they're probably like "what the FUCK just happened ?"
