LMAO just saw another YouTuber talking about shifting, and once again they get all their information on tiktok. @/edvasin or something like that. I watched some of his videos before, but I didn't expect him to make one about shifting.
But at the end of the day, they get all their info from TIKTOK, an unreliable source πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ. I don't even feel nervous or doubtful, and I didn't even get 10 minutes into it. Probably just some more bashing on shifting cause they get all their "research" from tiktok and they always talk about how everyone and their mama is shifting to hogwarts. It's too funny atp
Anyways, they'll probably never look here 🀣

So, I kinda came up with a new method last night that combines the following methods: (Estelle, Julia, and Five senses) all on one, and I am calling it the TO DO: method, or the Chore method, and I thought I would share because it really helped me connect and use my five senses in a more natural way.Β 
Basically I do the following first (but it is not required)Β 
-I like to do my nightly routine first (low pressure)Β 
- journal (I do this in the morning and at night, but the journaling I am talking about is strictly for your shifting.)Β 
(I highly recommend investing in a shifting attempts journal, so that you can document the things that you try so you can gain a better grasp at what works better for you, and what doesn’t.)Β 
Anyway, I do this while listening to (Alpha Waves! https://youtu.be/4_OTW6iALgQ?si=7RUEbacSbMbDiI7R ) to be exact. (it helps with a calming and softer meditation vibe)Β 
I listen to these while I journal about how ive felt towards shifting, hyping myself up, writing down my beliefs and thought, just anything that I want to remember or write down for future reading.Β 
-Once done with that I do someΒ  meditation. I do a 25 breath method where you take deep breaths in and out. (1 in and out =1 count) so I do that 25 times and that usually gets me really relaxed.)
(ALL OF THAT IS OPTIONAL, I just find that it helps me get into the right headspace.)
-π‘΅π’π’˜ 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅-
Your playlist! (this is a personalized playlist that reminds you of your DR or of your DR self (if you only have one song that is okay!)Β 
Put your headphones on and start visualizing or thinking about your to-do list. (for me I did chores!)
(the reason I would recommend chores is simply because it helps with part 2 of the method (the five sense))Β 
-Visualize your drself doing things like (making your bed, lighting candles, folding clothes, taking a dance break! Shooting a text, organizing all sorts of things. THINGS YOU DO WHEN CLEANING YOUR ROOM OR DOING CHORES)
This really helps to not only connect with yourself but also to ground, and use your senses. While you are making your bed, touch the blankets, what do they feel like? Your clothes when you fold them..What do they feel like? What does the detergent you used smell like? That candle you lit. What does it smell like? Is your room cold, your floor? How about you brush your teeth, what kind of toothpaste are you using? What does it taste like?Β 
Do those things and the more you focus on them, the easier things come to you. (I started to be able to visualize more of my bedroom, more small details. Like where I hide certain things, or how my dresser looks with my clothes inside. (let it come naturally to you, DO NOT FORCE IT) if you can't visualize it yet, then find something else to look at.Β 
After you are comfortable and tired, ready to go to bed, now we switch it up. Now is when we implicate the julia method. (sorta)Β 
I like to visualize my drself laying down on my bed when I am ready for this step, but you can do whatever.Β (This is when I put on my Subs, or rain sounds ect.)
You are going to just repeat the β€˜I am’ affirmation. Those two words, that's it, on repeat slowly!Β 
Do this until you feel like you are ready to move on. (before you ask, its just a point at which you feel comfortable in moving on, you will just know.)Β 
As you move on, start affirming things: (I’m β€˜dr-name,’ β€˜my best friend is’ β€˜i live’ things like that. (here is where I do this but I also like to just think like my dr-self until the thoughts come to me naturally.)Β 
(for example things like: β€˜I need to pick up some coffee in the morning, but I need to get the decaf one that my dad likes….or, β€˜I need to go to the library and pick up that book for my class before I forget it’) Day to day things that you would think in you CR, but make them DR))Β 
This is when I just vibe. Do whatever you feel like feels good for you. Continue to affirm, or count to 100, maybe you want to do your five senses again. List off with your 100 count, 1 thing that you own in your dr after every number…just kinda relax and drift off to sleep)Β 
Thats it, that's the Method. Let me know how it goes <3Β

Was desperate to get the hell out of here yesterday but then I'm someone who can't shift while stressed ( Still working on it) So I remembered that I have free will and I didn't want to wake up here so I listened to a subliminal booster plus a subliminal on top of it REPEATEDLY I'm talking about each and every second even while showering that's how desperate I wasπŸ˜­βœ‹πŸ½
Anyways when it was time to sleep I told myself that I'm shifting whether I like it or not!! I'm talking about if it didn't work I'd rather astral project than wake up here... Long story short I Shifted( to my kpop reality and Wr) but what was interesting is that after I came back I came straight into an astral projection but I genuinely didn't have any interest in it so I came back to my body but I went straight into sleep paralysis which took me into a lucid dream that I used to shift with again 😭( To the Legend of Korra) Anyway it was a long ass morning for me but will I use this method to emergency shift? HELL YEAH!!
Anyways this was the booster, it's strong as fuck I'm telling y'all!!! You can pair it with any other subliminal you want it doesn't have to be about shifting
