uhh ok so creatively this one bc i had to learn blending to do it and every tutorial was like make sure you have a dark background! meanwhile i was trying to gif him in the car where the bg was the light blue sky. also this one bc i simply picked the frames so good. and this one (my pinned post for so long) bc that’s just my lawfully wedded wife..

i think a compliment i get fairly often in the tags is that my gifs are really hd/crisp which i always think is cute and is always memorable… also a few ppl said the coloring here was pretty and i never get that compliment so that was also memorable. the real answer is: all the tags in my bougie dog gifset. i plan on doing smth w those sometime soon.

i probably gif f1 press stuff the most so maybe that bc of easy access… or mercedes content. I tried to gif lewis at that cairo dior show and the gifs were so hideous i actually can’t even describe it i was like good experiment never doing that again 👍

16. Are one-shots really underrated?

Depends on the fandom, honestly. Personally, I think that this particular corner of the internet values one-shots a lot! With writers like gal and parm and all these others who can seemingly just bang out a one-shot that’s stupid high quality, I think people recognize how great those pieces are! In other fandoms, I can’t say. Honestly, I think it’s also a personal taste thing. My attention span and time are both limited, so lately I find myself far more likely to read a oneshot than a multichap, but that wasn’t always my interest.

24. Thoughts on flashbacks/flashforwards.

I may have previously established that my most libra trait (apparently) is being indecisive, so a lot of my answers come down to “it depends.” I think if it narratively fits, I’m definitely down for it. I think they should be formatted in a way that makes them easily set apart from the ‘current’ events of the fic, usually all in italics imo, though i don’t use my screen reader for visual impairment, so idk how that feels for people who do. (I do frequently use a screen reader, but that’s usually for falling asleep or helping me get through stuff I’m having trouble focusing on because large chunks of text.)

I’ve used flashbacks to great effect (imo) in my own work, but I’m not sure I’ve ever really used a flash forward. I assume it’s when the fic is set in the past, written in past tense, and then you get a glimpse at when it’s being told/the aftermath of said story? I don’t think I’ve ever used it? Not sure tbh, I’ve written a lot.
