As promised, we have organised a Free Chair Yoga session for the ladies from @yoginex in our Meerakii Knowledge Fair. . . REGISTRATION IS A MUST . . Kindly go through the below mentioned points. . 1. This session is only for Women. Kindly make sure no men are watching this webinar. 2. Kindly keep the video on speaker view during the webinar. The preferred chair will be a chair without handles and with backrest. 3.Attire- please wear yoga appropriate clothing, a long top or t-shirt,with pajama or tights. Salwar kameez is also okay.Avoid sitting for the session in a Jodi, saree, or ghagra. 4.Eat 2-3 hours prior to the session. Drink water before an hour. 5.Please join in early to make sure the view for the instructor is proper. The video and audio quality is proper and smooth. 6. The webinar will be of 1hr 30 mins- 15 mins Introduction and Instructions, 45 mins chair yoga session, 10mins tips, 20 mins Q&A. 7. Wear a smile throughout . . They tend to absorb information in a more efficient manner through sounds, music, discussions, teachings, etc. These individuals will be more likely to record lectures so that they can replay them at a later time for study purposes.
