Another empty pack...

I started at 14 yo but since the age of 15 when I became an openly smoker, always my pack of reds clearly visible on me, everybody told me to stop smoking, that I would become addicted. Obviously I continued and even increased. The addiction arrived very quickly. I maintained this addiction, day after day, to make it stronger. At 18 I was already called a "heavy smoker" but I was sporty, fit, lean and muscular, with good pulmonary endurance despite my lungs getting blacker every day.

Then my lungs became tired, the training more tiring and shorter every day, until I stopped.

I didn't change anything in my lifestyle, beers, good food, cigarettes... The abs became less visible, and finally the belly started to grow.

At first it was not visible but now it is no longer hidden under shirts and t-shirts.

So many people tell me to stop smoking, start exercising again, and lose my belly before it's too late.

For me it's already too late and I like my life like this.
