DEEP DIVE

Part 3? To the Merbur au. Promised a next part to this so here it is.

(Warnings: safe vore, talk of non safe vore, doesn’t happen, swearing, talk of death)

Truthfully? It could’ve gone worse. After arguing for what seemed like hours, Tommy finally got what he wanted. Well kinda. He could still go see the giant mer as long as Techno went along too. Tommy wished he could go by himself, but it was better then not going at all. Phil and Techno didn’t trust Willbur at all. But Tommy was hoping with Techno hanging out with him and Willbur that would make him realize Willbur wouldn’t hurt anyone.

Tommy ran down to the beach Techno behind him yelling at him to slow down. But there was no way he was going to listen. He hadn’t seen Will in days now. He had his serf board with him as he ran into the water. “Willbur!” He screamed to let the giant know they where here.

Techno grumbled as he ran after Tommy. God the kid was fast. Tommy had said to bring the surf boards even if Techno hadn’t used his in over a year. He got down to the beach glaring at Tommy who was already out on his board. He couldn’t keep an eye on him if he ran off ahead of him. He swam out on his board to be next to Tommy. “Do not run off like that. This isn’t going to work if I can’t keep an eye on you.” He told him hitting his shoulder.

Tommy rolled his eyes. “I wasn’t even out of you eye sight.” He looked down to see if he could see the shadow of Willbur beneath them. He frowned not seeing him yet. “Willbur?!” He called out again. Maybe he didn’t hear him?

Willbur quickly swam to where Tommy normally was. He had sensed him more then he had heard the human. He could also tell Techno, Tommy’s brother was with him. He smiled looking up to see the outline of two humans of those floating things. He swam up splashing the human as he surfaced. “Quit yelling, I’m here.” He smiled.

Tommy laughed happily as he got splashed. “Hey!” He yelled. He looked to Techno who didn’t look happy about being here. Tommy ignored him.

Willbur was glad to see Tommy again. This was only the second time they had been able to see each other after they got caught. He wanted Techno to like him, but that was providing to be very different. “So what you want to do?” He asked keeping everything but his head under the water.

“We got our boards so I thought we could surf.” Tommy said. Willbur might not be able to surf with them. But the giant liked to watch.

“That sounds good.” Willbur nodded. He then froze sensing another mer in the area. He hoped it wasn’t who he thought it was. He turned to look out at the ocean.

“Will? What’s wrong?” Tommy asked seeing his face suddenly turn from happy to worried.

“There’s another mer….” Willbur said. “Not a good one.” He added.

“Another one?!” Techno asked. “What does that mean?” He was worried now too looking at the giant mer.

“It means it’s not safe here for you.” He looked at Tommy the both of them sharing a look. He needed to protect the humans.

“Well then Let’s go back.” Techno said trying to paddle back to the beach. They where a lot farther out then he had thought though… There was a giant hand pulling his board back. He yelled in surprise almost falling off.

“Sorry.” Willbur said. He didn’t want to scare Techno, but he might have too.

“It’ll take to long to get back.” Tommy said now on full alert. He looked around making sure he couldn’t see another giant in the waves.

“We can try! What else are we supposed to do?!” Techno yelled. “Can’t you’re friend here fight it off?” He glared up at the giant mer. They where stuck out here with giant sea monsters and he couldn’t protect Tommy.

“I’m not much of a fighter.” Willbur sighed. “And they are bigger then me.” He felt bad for Techno. What he was planning would definitely scare him.

Techno grumbled. “How can you not fight?” He muttered. He couldn’t even imagine a bigger mer then this one.

Willbur looked at Tommy. “Do you know what I’m thinking?” He asked.

Tommy nodded recognizing the look Willbur had. It was the same look he had when they first meet. “I- I do.” Just because he know they would be okay didn’t make it any less nerve racking.

“What are you two talking about?” Techno asked confused. He looked between the giant and his brother.

“Willbur can protect us put you’re not going to like it.” Tommy said looking nervously at Techno.

“What does that mean?! You are not making any sense.” He crossed his arms. He did not like the way the giant was looking at him.

“Him first?” Willbur asked not answer Techno’s question.

“I think that’s best.” Tommy agreed. Techno didn’t need to see his brother get eaten. And Techno would probably try to attack Willbur.

Willbur nodded with a sigh. He had never picked up Techno before. “Sorry.” He said reaching for the pink haired human. He wrapped his hand around him picking him up off his board.

Tommy winced hearing Techno screaming his head off. Maybe they should’ve explained…

Techno screamed as he was picked up in a giant hand. What was going on?! He pushed against the hand wrapped around him. He couldn’t struggle much in the tight hold. “Stop! What are you doing!?” He yelled looking at the giant as he was brought up to it’s face.

“I’m so sorry, but you’ll be ok!” Willbur said holding Techno close to his face. “I’ll eat you then I’ll eat Tommy. You’ll be ok together.” He said like that fixed anything.

“Eat?!” Techno screeched. “Don’t you dare!” He looked completely terrified. He struggled even more. “I thought you said you wouldn’t hurt us!” He yelled as he was shoved into the giant mers mouth.

Willbur didn’t know what to do with Techno yelling. He wasn’t listening. He didn’t know what else to do, so he shoved Techno into his mouth and closed it around the human. He looked down at Tommy a little panicked.

Tommy watched in shock as Willbur just put his brother into his mouth. He did it so easily. He shook his head get rid of all the bad things he was thinking. Techno would be fine. He sighed looking up at Will, he looked so nervous. “Just swallow, I’ll explain it to him later.”

Willbur nodded not being able to talk. He licked over the now sobbing and screaming human in his mouth. He winced as Techno punched his tongue. He tilted his head back and swallowed.

This couldn’t be happening. Techno thought even as he was swallowed down by the giant monster. But everything around him told him it was. He had tried to fight back, make the giant spit him out. But he had just been swallowed like nothing. He couldn’t move as he was pulling down to the stomach. As soon as he fell into the more open space he got up and tried to as far from the middle as possible. He hit the walls around him. He knew it wouldn’t do anything though.

Tommy couldn’t watch as Willbur swallowed Techno. He knew he was safe, but it still looked…wrong. He gasped as he felt Willbur wrapped his hand around him. He was carefully lifted up to his face. He didn’t struggle like Techno.

“You ok?” Willbur asked softly. Tommy looked more nervous then scared.

“Yeah I’m ok big guy.” He smiled. Willbur and him had only done this once. And he didn’t know what was happening then. He patted Willbur’s nose. “Let’s do this so I can talk to my brother.”

“Ok.” He more gently placed Tommy on his mouth. He quickly snapped his mouth closed sensing the other mer geting closer. He licked over Tommy so he could swallow him easily. He wished he didn’t have to rush as he swallowed the young human. He ducked back under the water swimming farther out to sea.

Tommy closed his eyes as he felt Willbur swallow. He kept his body limp not wanting to hurt Will. He soon fell into a open space. Before he could even call out for Techno suddenly he was being hugged. He gasped as Techno held into him tightly. Techno never hugged Tommy like this…this was bad.

Techno couldn’t even talk properly as he hugged Tommy close. He couldn’t keep his little brother safe. “I’m so sorry Tommy, I said I’d keep you safe.” He rambled. Would Phil even know what happened? He’d wait for them to come home but they never would…

“Whao! Ok Techno, it’s ok Will’s not going to hurt us!” He said wrapping his arms around Techno’s back. “Let me explain.”

Techno pulled away. Did Tommy really believe that this monster wasn’t bad?! “Tommy no! We are literally in the monsters stomach! This is not safe!” He yelled. Tommy had to be in shock.

“No we are safe! And Willbur’s not a monster!” He tried to push Techno off of him. “Get off of me you ass!”

Techno packed off from Tommy. “What in the world makes you think that this is ok? We are going to die! We are just food to it, we’re not going-“

“No we are not! Just shut the hell up and I’ll explain!” Tommy screamed over Techno.

Techno snapped his mouth close, shocked at Tommy’s words.

Tommy sighed taking a second to calm down. “We are safe here because we are not in a stomach.” He glared as Techno went to say something. He closed his mouth again. “Willbur it’s human he was one stomach that’s got all the nasty stuff. And he has a storage stomach, or broding pouch. Whatever you want to call it.” He rubbed the wall next to him. “Point is, that we are safe and Willbur’s protecting us from the other mer who would have eaten us for real.”

Techno listened to Tommy trying to process what he said. It kinda made sense…. Willbur seemed to really care about Tommy it didn’t make sense for it- him, to just eat the both of them. “How do you know all this then?”

“Ummm… remember when I said Willbur saved me? Well this is what he did to save him when we first meet.” He smiled nervously.

“You’ve done this before? He’s eaten you before?!” Techno yelled before calming himself. “Sorry, I’m stressed.” He rubbed his temples. He went and set down next to Tommy. “This is really safe?” He asked more softly.

“Yep.” He nodded rubbing the silky wall. He smiled hearing a rumpling purr from Willbur. “See? He’s just keeping us safe then he’ll let us out when it’s safe.”

Techno grumbled finally excepting that it was probably fine. He patted the wall next to him. He now felt a little bad throwing such a fight now. Only a little. “Couldn’t have explained before he ate me?” He shoved Tommy’s shoulder.

“Would you have let him if we explained before hand?” He shoved back.

“No, but at lest you could have told me what was happening.” He poked Tommy’s face.

“You’re such an-“ Tommy was about to say before something pressed up against their backs. He smirked as Techno tensed up. “Scared?” He teased.

Techno rolled his eye. “Shut up.” He relaxed realizing it was Wilbur’s hand pressing up against them.

Tommy chuckled before getting comfortable snuggling up to the soft and warm flesh around them. “Get comfortable, we don’t know how long we’ll be here.” He told Techno.

“It better not be to long.” He huff. But he did get more comfortable. He would never say it, but it was kinda comfortable. If he ignored where he was. They didn’t talk much more just laying there listening to Wilbur’s breathing and heart beat as the giant mer swam through the ocean swaying them back and forth.

Willbur swam to the deeper part of his territory where he wouldn’t be bothered. He kept a hand over where he could feel the light weight of the two humans curled up in his brooding pouch. He was glad Tommy had managed to calm his brother down. Techno wouldn’t have been able to do much more then give him a sore stomach. But he hated scaring him to the paint where he thought Willbur was going to kill the both of them.

He rested at the bottom of a trench where he knew no human would be able to get to without a special metal ship. He hoped Techno wouldn’t be to mad went he let them out. He was worried he wouldn’t let Tommy visit anymore. But they could figure that out later. Right now he was happy to keep his two little humans safe.

Hey do this whenever and only if you want to, could you do techno and Phil meeting Giant Mer Wilbur when looking for Tommy

(Oh! Yes this is a good way to introduce them to the story)

Tommy had been sneaking off more to go see Willbur. He thought no one had noticed him disappearing every other day. But his family had noticed.

“Where is he even running off to?” Techno asked Phil. “He’s never done this before.”

They had noticed Tommy disappearing for a few hours now and again. So Techno convinced Phil to follow him.

“I don’t know.” Phil sighed. “Looks like he’s going to the beach.”

They watched from behind the sand dunes as Tommy ran down to the beach. He seemed excited for something.

Tommy had made his escape again to go see Willbur. He hadn’t expected to get so close to the mer. But they got along really well.

“Willbur!” He shouted. He knew he was near by under the water. He was always on time to their secret meetings.

Willbur was resting on the bottom of the sea floor when he heard Tommy yell. He smiled swimming up to see the small human.

He breached the waters surface and pushed himself up onto the small beach. He happily scooped up Tommy cuddling him to face. He smiled hearing Tommy laugh as he was picked up.

Techno watched in shock and fear as a giant sea creature came up from the water and grabbed Tommy. He wasn’t even thinking as he jumped out from where he and Phil had been hiding. “Tommy! Put him down!” He yelled at the giant.

Phil tried to grab Techno before he jumped up. But he couldn’t grab him quickly enough. He got up and stood next to Techno. “Yelling at the giant sea monster might not have been a good idea.” He hissed quietly at Techno. He giant was currently glaring at them.

Tommy froze hearing Techno’s voice. They must have followed him! He thrashed around in Willbur grip. He knew Willbur wouldn’t hurt him. But he had no idea what he would do to his family.

Willbur held onto Tommy as he glared at the humans on the beach. They where just close enough that he could grab them if he wanted. They had called out for Tommy. So he assumed they knew him.

“What do you want?” He growled out. He was careful not to be scary around Tommy. But he wanted these humans to know what they where messing with.

Techno froze for a second. What was he supposed to do against this?! Then he saw Tommy squirming in the giants hand. “Give him back!” He yelled stepping forward. He wasn’t going to let this monster hurt his brother.

“Why should I?” Willbur questioned. He bared his sharp teeth at the human.

“No stop! All of you!” Tommy yelled trying to get their attention. He pushed at Willbur’s fingers that had tighted around him. “Put me down Will. It’s ok there’re my family.” He said.

Family? Willbur thought. Tommy had mentioned his family in passing but he didn’t really know much about Tommy’s family. He slowly put Tommy back on the beach. “Fine.” He sighed.

Phil ran over to Tommy as soon as the giant put him down. He hugged him holding him close. “What are you doing here?” He questioned.

Techno ran over to Tommy with Phil. He looked over him making sure he wasn’t hurt. He was surprised to not even see a scratch on him. Why had the giant mer listened to Tommy? “What is going on here?”

Tommy sighed hugging Phil back. “It’s a long story. But he’s not a danger. He saved my life.” He wasn’t going to say how Willbur had saved him. That would not be a good idea. He pulled away from Phil. “This is Willbur.” He said gesturing to him. “And Willbur, this is Phil and Techno.” He introduced them all.

Willbur frowned looking down at the three human below him. He wasn’t going to hurt Tommy’s family. But they clearly didn’t trust him.

Phil sighed looking up at Willbur. “This is what you’ve been sneaking off for?” He wasn’t sure what to think of this yet. Tommy seemed to trust the giant. But he wasn’t sure if they should.

Tommy nodded. “Yeah. I promise he’s not a danger. He’s my friend.” He looked at Techno who had a frown and on his face.

“This is a bad idea.” Techno said. He looked at Tommy. “You realize how dangerous this is. Right.”

“It’s not.” Tommy shook his head. “He’s good. And he’s never hurt me. I said he fucking saved me! I trust him.” He said firmly. He was going to prove Willbur was good.

“Alright.” He said cutting Techno off from arguing more. “We’ll talk more about this later.” He looked up at Willbur. “Did you really save him?” He asked.

“Yes. I did.” He nodded. He was worried about what would happen now. Would Tommy’s family keep him from see each other again?

Phil nodded. “Then thank you. But we need to talk about this. Together.” He looked at both Techno and Tommy. He held onto Tommy.

“Are you going to take him?” Willbur asked softly.

Phil sighed. “I don’t know. I need to think about it.”

“Please don’t. I don’t have anyone else. I need him.” Willbur begged. Tommy was the only person he talked to. He couldn’t lose him now.

Phil frowned hearing this. If Willbur really was alone. Then he’d feel bad for taking away Tommy from seeing him.

“We’ll figure something out. I promise both of you. But for now Tommy we’re going back home.”

Tommy watched hopefully as Willbur and Phil talked. He wasn’t going to let this be the last time he saw Willbur. As Phil started to walk away he looked back at Willbur. He looked so sad. He pulled away from Phil and ran toward Willbur. He ignored Phil and Techno’s yelling. He hugged Willbur face the best he could.

Willbur softly hugged Tommy to his face. He sighed softly holding onto him.

“I promise I’ll see you again.” Tommy whispered. He stepped away from Willbur. “Promise.” He walked back to him family. He waved to Willbur as Phil took him back home.

Willbur watched as Tommy disappeared over the sand dunes. He pushed himself back into the water. He swam back to his underwater home. He hoped Tommy kept his promise. He hoped his family wouldn’t keep him away from seeing each other again. He couldn’t lose the person he had started to see as a brother.

I decided to do art this time because I can get that done easier then writing right now. I really hope you like it! I wanted to do something dramatic. And you said naga or mer creature so picked mer for mermay.

I included a snippet of what is happening in the art below for some context.

Tommy, Willbur and Phil go on vacation to a little costal town. But end up getting kidnapped by a cult and are sacrificed to what the cult thinks is a god. (Aka Techno) he’s not a god but is a very powerful giant mer. His gotten tired of the humans trying to feed him other humans. (He says humans taste bad) so now there’s a horrible storm and Phil and his sons are stuck on a cliff after being left there. And Techno shows up knowing the humans will be washed away by the waves as the storm gets worse. He’s mostly just grumpy he has to save more humans but the human are terrified of the angry “god” in front of them. If you look closer you can see Tommy in Techno’s hand flipping him off.

Oh yes! Protective mers are the best!

(Warning for safe vore. Though Tommy don’t realize this at first. Mentions of drowning and being eaten for real. And cursing because Tommy)

Wilbur liked hanging around the beach area to watch the humans. He alway made sure not to be seen. And he could never get to close because of his size. But just watching the little humans splash in the water was a good way to pass the time.

One human in particular had caught his eye today. A blonde human was farther out into the ocean then the rest of the other humans. He looked younger too.

Wilbur watched as the young human played in the water. As he was watching he saw a shark was get a little close for comfort to the human. The human didn’t seem to notice the shark though. Willbur decided he couldn’t let something happen to this little human he’d been watching. For some reason he felt protective over them.

Tommy hadn’t realized he’d gotten so far from the beach. But he was having fun so he didn’t really care. He turned in the water and he saw a fin duck under the water close to him. He immediately realized he was in danger and a shark was really close to him. But before he could even think of trying to swim away. He felt the water beneath him shift. He looked down and saw something much bigger the a shark coming up beneath him.

Willbur swam straight up at the human he reached up at grabbed the human in a firm grip. Not enough to hurt though. He realized at the panicked expression on the humans face that humans couldn’t breathe under water. He quietly shoved the human in his mouth to protect him. He gently swallowed the small human so the shark couldn’t get him.

Tommy didn’t even have time to yell as a giant hand came out of the water and dragged him under. He struggled in the tight fist trying to get back to the surface. It was no use though. Through the salty water he could make out the shap of what he thought was a merperson?! That couldn’t be right though? He was starting to get light headed from the lack of oxygen. But he wouldn’t have to worry about drowning when the merperson decided it best to just eat him. He was to shocked to put up much of a fight as he was swallowed down by the giant creature.

Willbur swam away from the beach. He kept a hand over his stomach as he went back to his little cave. He was worried when he felt the human start to yell curses at him. Didn’t he know he was safe? He should realize he was in a storage stomach. Did humans not have a second stomach? He thought.

Tommy kicked and thrashed around yelling at the creature that ate him. It was to dark to see anything. But it might be better that he couldn’t see the horribleness that surrounded him. Everything was hot and wet. At lest he could breath. For now.

Willbur got to his under water cave. It had a small air pocket so he would be able to talk to the human. He was starting to realize he might have scared the poor thing. He rose and breached the surface. He had just enough room for himself. He leaned on the cave wall. He rubbed small circles where he felt his small hand passenger.

“Hey. You ok?” He asked softly.

Tommy jumped as he heard a very human sounded voice. He realized it was coming from above him. He kicked at the soft flesh around him. How dare this beast ask if he was ok?! He had just eaten him!

“No I’m not! You ate me!” He yelled angrily.

Willbur winced at the humans tone. Yeah he definitely scared him.

“No I didn’t. You’re safe in there.” He tried to explain.

Tommy was on the verge of tears. How could he be safe. The monster was just trying to trick him.

“How am I safe inside of you? Ever hear of the digestive system?!” He doubted anyone had seen him get taken. No one would know what happened to him.

Willbur didn’t want to scare the human just keep him safe. “No. You’re not in my stomach. Merpeople have two stomachs. You’re in the safe one.” He was desperately trying to explain. “I saw a shark going after you and I was trying to keep you safe.”

Tommy paused. This giant fish person was trying to protect him? It didn’t make any sense to him. Even if he was lying Tommy wouldn’t have to worry about that much longer anyways. “That’s a shit way of protecting someone. Scare the hell out of them!” He yelled.

Willbur chuckled embarrassed. “Sorry. I really wasn’t trying to scare you. I’m Willbur by the way.” He added. The human should at lest know his name.

Tommy sighed leaning back. “I’m Tommy. How long are you going to keep me here?” He asked still nervous.

“I’ll let you out soon. Just need to swim to a human free beach.” He said relaxing now that Tommy wasn’t freaking out.

“Alright.” Tommy nodded. He hoped he wasn’t being lied to.

After talking a little more. Tommy calmed down figuring out he was actually safe. Soon Willbur went and found a private beach were he could let out Tommy. After saying good bye, Willbur watched from the water at Tommy ran off. He hoped he’d see the human again...

Could you do a part two to the giant mer Wilbur noms Tommy to keep him safe?

Yeah sure! I love that one anyway.

(Mention of vore but none happen in this one)

It had been a few days sense Willbur had seen Tommy. He stocked the beach looking for him every day. He hadn’t seen him. He shouldn’t be as disappointed as he was. He only talked with him for a couple hours. And he had scared him pretty bad. Tommy probably didn’t want to see him again.

Tommy couldn’t stop thinking of what Willbur did. He had been eaten by a giant sea creature and survived! It was the scariest thing he’d ever been through. But after that. When he realized he was safe. That Willbur did it to protect him. It wasn’t so bad.... He would never say it out loud though.

Tommy was nervous to go back to the beach. He was curious about the mer that saved him. But just because they were nice last time. Didn’t mean he’d be nice again. Finally curiosity won over and he went back down to the beach. It was one only the locals knew about. So it was never very crowded. Today he was the only one there. He looked out into the water to see if he could see anything. He sighed pacing the beach. Who knew it Willbur was even still in the area. Or if he actually wanted to see him again.

Willbur was going to check the beach one more time. If the human wasn’t there he’d just forget about it. He swam up to the surface of the water. He was hidden behind some rocks so no one on the beach could see him. He blinked not sure if he was actually seeing what he was seeing. There was Tommy. On the beach. He was pacing clearly thinking about something. He also noticed no one else was there. He could just swim up and say hi. He was worried though. Just because Tommy was here didn’t mean he was here to see Willbur.

He had to know for sure though. He ducked back under the water. He swam as close as he could to the beach before there was no more room. He breached the water resting his elbows on the sand. He looked down to see Tommy had fallen back and was staring up at him obviously shocked and a little scared. He probably shouldn’t have done that so quickly.

“Ummm.. hi? He smiled nervously.

Tommy was about to leave when suddenly something burst out of the water. He yelled falling back in surprise. He looked up recognizing who it was. Willbur. He didn’t really think the mer was dangerous. But he was still so big. He could do what ever he wanted and Tommy wouldn’t be able to stop him. He blinked as he said hi.

“Oh umm hi.” He stood up brushing the sand off of him. He was surprised he had come up all the way to the shore. “Maybe a warning next time big guy.” He huffed.

Willbur nodded. “Yeah.... didn’t really think about that. I was excited to see you here.” He smiled at Tommy mentioning a next time.

“Me?” He asked. Tommy strained his next to look up at Willbur. Even laying down he still towered over him.

“Yeah... I was wondering if you come back. I was worried I scared you off.” He saw Tommy having a hard time looking at him. He reached out so he could pick him up. He froze seeing as how Tommy flinched away from him. “Oh... sorry.” He should really stop scaring him.

Tommy had jumped away seeing the giant hand reach for him. He didn’t feel anything wrapped around him though. He looked seeing that hand had stopped a few feet from him. He looked up hearing Willbur’s apology.

“No it’s fine.” He sighed. “You can pick me up if you want.” This is what he was here for anyway.

Willbur nodded at Tommy giving him permission. He made sure to be careful as he picked him up. He gently cupped him in his hands. “This alright?”

Tommy closed his eyes expecting to be grabbed in a fist again. But he was shocked at how gently Willbur picked him up. He opened his eye smiling at Willbur. They were now face to face.

“Yeah it’s fine. Lot better then last time.” He said jokingly.

Willbur felt a little bad about that. “Yeah I was a little rushed then.” He smiled nervously. With Tommy now cupped in his hands he could see him better. He really was small.

Tommy nodded. He looked at Willbur’s eyes. They were a really deep blue with green highlights. There were far to colorful to be human eyes. Even if they weren’t so big.

Willbur smiled softly noticing Tommy starring. He couldn’t blame the boy. He was quite different looking. He gently poked Tommy’s side startling him out of it. “You’re starring.” He teased.

Tommy hadn’t even realized it. He pushed the finger away from him. “Well not my fault you’re so wired looking.” He said back.

“Me? You’re the weird looking one to me.” He chuckled. He poked at Tommy’s legs.

Tommy laughed kicking at Willbur’s fingers. He wasn’t so nervous now. He was actually having a good time with Willbur.

Willbur was glad Tommy seemed comfortable around him. They were joking and having fun. They spent the next few hours like that. Just having fun. That was until it started to get dark. Tommy said he had to go home. Willbur almost didn’t want to let him go. But he knew he had too.

“I’ll come back. Don’t worry.” Tommy said as he was set back down on the sand. He saw how disappointed Willbur looked at him saying he had to go.

“Really? When?” He asked excitedly.

“I can’t tomorrow. But the next day. I’ll meet you hear again.” He told Willbur.

With that and a few good byes. Willbur sunk back into the waves watching Tommy run off. Just before he was out of sight. Tommy turned around and waved good bye.
