Read the full article

Tumblr media
Dubai, a place that was once a desolate desert, is now establishing new norms for the travel and tourist sector. Dubai is home to everything, from the most luxurious Burj-Al Arab to the highest Burj Khalifa. Couples might truly find their ideal getaway in Dubai because it offers practically everything. There are many romantic activities to do in Dubai for couples, whether you decide to go on a romantic nighttime desert safari or get a room at one of the most opulent hotels after getting an emirates visa for Nigerian citizens.
7 Things to do in Dubai for Couples
Tumblr media
Here are a few activities you might do in Dubai with your partner to create memories that will last a lifetime, among the many different experiences that Dubai has to offer. So, apply emirates visa for Nigeria nationals and get yourself one.
1. Hot Air Balloon Ride
Tumblr media
One of the most romantic activities for couples in Dubai is hot air ballooning. In Dubai, there are numerous desert hot air balloon rides. The majority of them come with breakfast and a falconry show of the area. Watching the dawn rise over the desert with camels and gazelles prancing on the horizon is very lovely. Even falcons could be seen soaring in Dubai's skies. Depending on your package, conveyance typically includes a luxury vehicle.
2. Picnic
Tumblr media
The once-barren region has dramatically changed its scenery over time thanks to improvements, and it now has a number of attractive picnic areas where couples may have a romantic outing. There are a number of parks in Dubai, such as the Dubai Miracle Garden, Dubai Garden Glow, Zabeel Park, Safa Park, and Dubai Butterfly Garden, as well as a number of beaches, such as Jumeirah Beach, Kite Beach, Marina Beach, Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Park, Al Mamzar Beach, White Beach, Sharjah Beach, Kite, and Surf Beach, etc., that could serve as the ideal picnic spot for you and your Love.
3. Horse Riding
Tumblr media
Arabian horses are famous around the world and have been exported from the Arabian Peninsula since the dawn of time. Therefore, why not ride the gorgeous animals in their own country with your partner? Your adrenaline may get very worked up on a horseback ride through the desert with the sand blowing behind you and cutting through the wind. However, it would still be a fantastic experience because it is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating things for couples to do in Dubai.
4. Boating
Tumblr media
One of the seven emirates that make up the nation is the emirate of Dubai, which is situated on the Persian Gulf's southeast coast. As a result, this area has a lot of shorelines, which offers plenty of options for boating on a nice day. On luxury yachts, the crew is typically included, and you can order any food and beverages you want. This sport has the potential to become one of the most romantic things to do in Dubai for couples amid the calm sea and the leisurely boating.
5. Shopping
Dubai has established norms for hospitality and tourism across all sectors. As a result, it is home to some of the largest, most extravagant, and grandest malls in the entire globe. Some of them are Dubai Mall, Sahara Center, Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Deira, Mercato Shopping Mall, BurJuman, Ibn Battuta Mall, Oasis Mall, Wafi Mall, etc., which can offer visitors to Dubai nearly anything they could possibly need and are the ideal places for you to hang out with your significant other.
6. Desert Safari
Due to Dubai's location amid the legendary Arabian deserts, no trip to Dubai would be complete without seeing the desert and taking your choice of a ride on a safari across the sand sea. In Dubai, there are many possibilities for desert safaris that offer visitors a unique experience. From budget classes to luxury safaris are all options. Even camels are an option for your expedition. A jeep safari, on the other hand, would guarantee a far more action-packed adventure and would undoubtedly rank among the most exciting things to do in Dubai for couples.
7. Scout Dubai from Burj Khalifa
Tumblr media
The Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest structure, is a symbol of how far mankind has advanced from its mud hut origins. The Burj Khalifa stands 829.8 meters tall overall. Before its 2010 opening, it was known as the Burj Dubai. A fountain system outside is lit up by 6,600 lights and 50 colored projectors. It is 270 meters tall and sprays water 150 meters into the air while playing Arabic and other music. For you and your spouse, it can be a beautiful site and one of the most romantic things to do in Dubai after getting an emirates visa for Nigeria passport holders.

Venti Vanilla Frappe with Whip
This morning I popped into Starbucks on the way to work - mostly because it was the only place on my way and I was starving. As I stood in the line and looked around the sparsly decorated coffee chain I couldn't help but feel nostalgic.
Starbucks will forever remind me of Friday afternoons at Mercato Mall. Vanilla Ice Frappes with that nasty whipped cream that coats the top of your mouth with a thin layer of something awful.
When Mercato opened in 2002 it was a game changer for teens. Not only did the mall have a cinema and food court but it was near enough to our house that none of our mums minded having to drive us there and back if it meant we'd leave them alone for a few hours.
Tumblr media
For the most part, the mall was safe. That being said, I can't count the number of times we were followed around by gangs of boys.
The mall was small but it had lots of little corridors and corners where there were almost no people around, making them places you did not want to end up when you had five or six teenagers a few steps behind you.
Once we went to the mall to go to the cinema and try on clothes we couldn't afford. We went into Berska on the ground floor on a hunt for a belt and after a little bit of browsing, we walked out of the shop to head upstairs to the cinema when we noticed four boys following us.
They were older than us, probably about 16, and had these jeering smiles plastered across their faces. When they realised we'd noticed them they quickened their pace, jumping on the escalator right behind us, knowing we couldn't go anywhere.
They stood just far enough back that they were able to look up our skirts (this was the early 2000s, they weren't exactly long) and one guy reached out and grabbed my friend's ass.
She slapped his hand away and as we got to the top of the escalator we jumped off and made a beeline for the cinema where there were more people and, primarily, adults.
The boys followed us, undeterred by the crowds, they 100% believed they were untouchable; that was when the catcalling started.
They taunted us with vulgar comments about our bodies, told us what they wanted to do to us and no one did anything. People looked put out that they were being disturbed by these loud teens but paid no mind to the two 13-year-olds trying to get away from them.
We ran up the cinema stairs to the screens, where the guy tore our tickets and we rushed into our movie, hoping we'd be safe in the darkness of the theatre.
The whole movie was tainted by the fear that the boys would follow us in, that they'd be waiting for us when we left - thankfully one thing you can always count on is the short attention span of a teenage boy so they weren't.
As we left we both swore to not tell our parents what had happened. Mercato was the only place we were allowed to hang out on the weekends, if they thought it wasn't safe too we'd be stuck at home with our younger siblings all weekend.

I see it approaching… the much awaited deeply desired… LONG WEEKEND!!  Yipeeee!!     (sourced: quoteshunger.com)
This is the good thing living in the Middle East particularly in UAE as we have so many different EID holidays and it adds up, can last up to a week!
Abu Dhabi is only less than 2 hours’ drive by car.  Lots of people think that Dubai is the Capital of UAE but sorry it is actually Abu Dhabi, a much quieter and so-called “Garden City” as you will forget this is a desert country!  Unlike in Dubai, it is more of shining towers and night-life and crowds.  Both Dubai and Abu Dhabi have their own beautiful resorts too, as they boast both deserts and nice beaches mind you! Incredible isn’t it?  You may think it is all a desert but nope you are mistaken.
If you want to stroll around (preferably at night in summer but it is now Spring so all good not too hot) better have your sandals/jandals or comfy shoes with you as it can be a long walk.  It is easy to get lost in what you see and find something you like that you forget the time or even get lost.  It is nicer to have a long walk along the bay walk at night because it is cooler and the places are all lighted up nicely!  These photos cannot do justice to the beauty of these places as I am using an old Samsung camera phone.

COLD HEART IN A COLD CRUEL WORLD
Mister Jacowitz... sta parlando a voce alta - fece lei.
Ora torna a casa e lasciami fare qualche domanda in giro.
---
È come chiederlo a voce alta!
Sotto indossava solo il piercing all’ombelico.
Quasi?! - sibilò lei di rabbia - Ma È troppo tardi!
- Dimmi, piccola... cosa significa quella t minuscola? Tumblr?
