What are MiaLava Crystal Aromatherapy Bracelets? Hi it’s Krystle here 👋 one of the family owners of MY HERB CLINIC®. I thought I would tell you a little bit about our story as it relates to the MiaLava range 😊 Well we have a loooooong history of handcrafting crystal bracelets. We started in the 90s and back then we were known as Amazing Gifts. We made crystal stone chip bracelets and crystal suncatchers, and we would travel around to country markets as well as having a huge permanent setup at Carrara Markets. I was only 11 years old when we started out on this journey, which all began with a dream catcher I made for my father... but that is a tale for another time! When the GFC hit hard in 2008 like many small Australian businesses at that time, we had to make the hard decision to call it a day and move off to other adventures. So off we went, on our now separate adventures, learning new skills. A few years later I decided to get back into natural health and jumped both feet first into a Naturopathy degree. That is when dad decided it was time to come back together and start our business back up. We gathered our herbs and essential oils and started building the business back from scratch. And we missed our crystals. But we really loved our essential oil range. And we wanted to combine the two together. So we started designing crystal bracelets that were combined with lava stone beads to become wearable aromatherapy diffusers! The best of both worlds! MiaLava was born and we got to handcraft beautiful crystal bracelets again, with an added layer of functionality this time. Lava stone is porous and absorbs the essential oil very well, allowing it to diffuse throughout the day. You can refresh with new scents each day if you like, or continue with the same.
