it’s really funny to me that every fic in the mike/michael tag on ao3 except for mine has the exact same premise: michael rescues mike from the buried by taking him into the spiral; mike is mad and maybe kinda scared but also grateful, and then they make out

i guess everyone shares a braincell! we all want mike to live and also acknowledge that he was marked by the spiral and i think that is very valid

I've been doing a reread of your Two Michaels vs. The Existential Turmoils of Being Human series between cleaning and making tea. It is... I mean, it's one of my all-time favorite fics, and I remembered it the other day, hunted it down, and I've been working through it off and on all day. It's just absolutely spectacular and has kept me from slipping from humanity as I organize spices and eat cold broccoli with mozzarella. So... yeah. I adore it, thank you for writing it.
