Had my @tridotsystem #bikeassessment tonight after a few months of #training. Great to set a new #PB with a 219W FTP, already up 26W from my start in November and up 16W from February! First #FTPTest after 3 months on the @tridotsystem plan. November’s FTP test came in at 193, down from 206 last year. This test set a new #PB for me at 209W!! MEDAL MONDAY! My second half ironman distance of the year (2 weeks apart) was a success! No injuries!
