If you believe in yourself that you can... Definitely you have succeeded. This is core foundation of muting doubts and fear that will prevent you from giving what it takes to be who you want to be! We all know this magic! For example, I had a bad marathon sometime back,I got hydrated and got blackout at 39km in Pattaya marathon, I had come from far to this point but I paid dearly for the mistakes I didn't see was necessary! When I got to my senses, I wouldn't remember well what had happened, I thought I won the race🤭😅. When all reached dead end, I had something telling me you will be better runner and do well in the future, and another one telling me how I was untalented and a failure. I realized my mistake! the fault was from my side not being cautious ! I believed I would have done better probably get top positions but it didn't happen! I got back home more devastated, it took a while to get strong mentally! But I had to believe unseen!! Believing that this was the end gave me hope and positive spirit. After a year of proper planning and training! I got my PB of 2:15 in full marathon. My point here is that sometimes we make mistake that we think it is not serious but later we pay dearly and it pulls us back! Some gave up! But if you believe in yourself and trust the process, you will definitely get somewhere! It is not simple if your set up was not complete but if you sit back and think! See unseen, you find out that you need another shot!! Keep striving forward, even when you shrink back, remember the arrow is pulled far backwards to get far ahead!
