Running form: Back straight-up, mid-heel foot strike, hips rotating- like a wheel ⚙ . . . I never use headphones when I run, I'm always listening for cars and other barriers along the way. I'm over it with the silbatos y vania. I just keep on running and sometimes I get angry and throw 'em the finger, but totally out of hot body revenge 😂 The cases have spiked in Panama again, time to run with a mask. While I'm registered for the vaccine, it's still unvailable to my age group . . . Also very grateful for the Vale Panama program (Panama Solidario) When worked as a teacher they used to give us this as a Christmas reward. Here the basic running tips to run well. I have practiced it and I can tell it as good running benefit. There's nothing to lose by practice it. ▪️⚟When you are running even if it is very easy, keep your head straight ahead like in the picture. ▪️¦⚟Give your hands and shoulder freedom to relax. ▪️¦⚟Try to stabilizer your hips which act as center between upper and lower body. ▪️¦⚟ Let your foot land on the ground gently, you can know if you are too hard on the ground if your steps are making too much notice.
