That- is actually a really cool idea. Of course, I personally HC that inherited Semblances are a thing, just an uncommon one, but the Schnee’s get all the spotlight for it because they’re rich now ^^;.

Ozpin having something to do with it a couple lifetimes back would be interesting. Maybe during the era of the King of Vale or likely even further back then that. Hmmmm.

And yeah it would fit in really well with Wolfcury.

Hmmmm, it would actually be really interesting if it was a combination of the two actually. Another hiccup that Ozma didn’t anticipate that lifetime. If the person he blessed had an inherited Semblance that let them manipulate Dust far more efficiently than others, then Ozma of that lifetime gave that person the ability to Summon, which he based off the glyph magic of old and the magic FUSED with the Semblance to make the inherited, glyph based, Dust centric Semblance we know in canon.
