I was thinking about it this morning but I feel like Color almost certainly has some kind of migraine problem. Not just rom the damage to his skull but also as a result of having been in the void for so long. Especially if he's living in the OT,* with it's constant just ambient white light. Which come to think of it, would probably cause its own whole host of issues for him. The same kind of stagnate environment as his time in the void? A lack of day & night cycle / unchanging light levels; no real like 'nature' or natural structures? I feel like it could act as a trigger to his time in the void; even if they look different there could be enough points of comparison to be unpleasant... Which is why I both think it would make sense for him to live there but also I'm not sure if he would want to? Or if he'd want to find some timeline to settle down in? Somewhere where everything functions 'normally.' Plus, it's kind of funny to think about neighbour hood shenanigans with the Chromatic Crew xd Whoops. That uh, wasn't where I was going with this ask initially haha. Guess sometimes ideas just come as they do.

You and I are of the same mind here, I agree. I also think Color really hates feeling trapped or stuck, and he definitely hates feeling stagnant or unmoving in one place.

Which is why I firmly believe that despite Color’s need for some form of structure and routine, he needs to be moving physically—I do believe he’d struggle to actually put down roots in any one place for awhile.

He’s been trapped in place for what feels like forever, he doesn’t want to be stuck, he doesn’t want to waste time, he wants to live his life while he still can. It’s just he physically, mentally, emotionally, and psychologically would not be able to handle such change and new immediately off the bat.

Not after the predictably of the Void, despite how boring he might’ve also found it. It at least was familiar, and he knew at least what to expect.

Which is why I really don’t think that he’d be staying or living in the Omega Timeline by the time he’s decided he’s going to help Killer.

He’d stay in contact with his friends there of course, meet up with them when he can, but he’s either basically a nomad by the time he and Killer reach the point where Stage 1 actually asks Color to save him, or is becoming one immediately after.

Which I doubt was much of a suprise to Epic or Delta, they all might’ve sensed it was coming eventually, but i wouldn’t be surprised if this might’ve caused some big feelings on all parties—particularly if Delta, for example, expresses concerns that Color is uprooting his entire life for Killer.

I doubt it was an easy choice for Color either—he’d constantly worry about if Delta and Epic would forget about him if he’s not there, if they’d never call or text, and especially if Color feels like he’s abandoning them.

And in some part, I do think it might be necessary to stay on the move—not only to avoid being predictable and gaining Nightmare’s attention the more Color starts to become a problem for him, but to basically stay on Killer’s trail.

Because Nightmare is trafficking him, Killer will not be staying in one consistent spot, and it’s unlikely Color knows about or is able to gain access to Nightmare’s caste.

Which means Color and Killer will likely either only meet up or encounter eachother in person when Killer is actively working (especially if Color is fighting to defend this current AU Nightmare has Killer attacking), if they agree on places to meet up in private, or if Killer comes to or shows up at any temporary apartments Color is staying in. Everything else would likely be in coded communications or phone/text.

Which is also why I think Color would only go back to the Omega Timeline for longer is because—not only does he really miss his friends—but it’s mainly for Killer. He wants Killer to be safe, to protect him from Nightmare—and Nightmare isn’t supposed to have access to the Omega Timeline. He wants to give Killer the chance to heal, to have a home and to try and feel safe again.

Killer may be fine with the whole “him and color vs nightmare & the world”/“on the run” thing, but it’s ultimately unsafe and not beneficial in the long run.

Living in the Omega Timeline is a sacrifice Color is willing to make. At least until they’re all certain it’d be safe enough for them to leave and live elsewhere.

And he most definitely has painful migraines—brother gotta bring at least a bottle of painkillers or some BC with him wherever he does, especially so soon after escaping the Void.

oh this is a difficult one i guess

so outer sans...

first impression - outertale in general was one of the main pillars of undertale au back in the day lol. there were so much popular fanart about i liked the designs of outertale in general. i just didn't have much thought of them outside of aesthetics, since that is its main appeal anyway.

impression now - again, i don't think there's any much canon story substance to outertale as far as i know. so my impression stays pretty much the same, i guess.

favorite moment - i think the funny thing is that outer sans (and outertale in general) tends to be cast in the victim role a lot, like with underverse and fatal error lol. truly, no one dies as much in stories as outer sans for real 😔

idea for a story - hmm i don't think i can think of one. but wouldn't it be nice to have a survival horror story set in space :]

unpopular opinion - i don't have even an opinion of him lmaooo 😭

favorite relationship - i'd say, outerkiller is like the funniest crack ship possible, especially in the context of underverse. error x outer probably would be really fun though, if taking fatal error into consideration!

favorite headcanon - my favorite headcanon is that outer sans probably gets insanely rich by patenting teleportation technology to space travelers. like, just imagine how lucrative and useful that tech would be in the context of outertale being in space.

about the whole uh hellish destrauration saga. 1 - is toyhouse desaturating it for everyone or just for you? Because i have literally seen someone on TH posting about having that issue with one of their images but when i looked at the same image it was totally fine & how it should look. So, it could just be a your computer/browser problem (which sucks) 2 - Part 2 of that is if it is mostly just on your end with TH, you could try clearing cache / cookies & it might start displaying properly for you? Citation needed about that but it probably won't hurt. 3 - Generally just i'm so sorry you're dealing with this is seems like a kind of actual hell. Sending virtual hugs or just good vibes if you'd prefer.

As far as I could tell, no one I could ask directly had problems with it, but none of them had a Mac so I just assumed it was that 😭 especially after a few people in the tags of the post agreed with me! I don't know what's happening!

Tried clearing everything and it still didn't work 😔 which sucks cause the character I'm checking with it looks SO ashy and washed out when Toyhouse gets it wrong 😔

I think I've seen the forum post you're talking about though! And the images look different both on my computer (mac, as we all know) and my phone (android), so I'm not sure what that means either

Quick note: Sunny and Muune were originally just OM! fandom ocs but their lore is so divorced from the OM! Canon at this point that I've decided their just Original OC do not steal now ^_^

-> Ok so Sunny and Muune are twins, they share their power technically? Sunny has a good chunk of it though, and Muune has the rest.. they have general magical ability but there is a special thing !

-> Due to Story Things Sunny and Muune are able to summon Arrows and a Bow (respectively. Sunny can't summon the Bow and Muune can't summon the Arrows). The Bow and Arrows originally belonged to the angel that blessed their family line long ago, and the general rule is that whichever person(s) hold the "blessing" of that angel have the power to summon the Bow and Arrow. Now usually, it's only one person who can summon both but because Sunny and Muune are twins that power is shared.. and no in their canon this power share has never happened before them.

-> Sunny's Arrows are pretty standard, besides the fact that they are 1) mostly indestructible and 2) almost always hit their target. He likes to throw them like lances.

-> Muune's Bow has a bit more to it- the curved part can detach and become a whip-like weapon. (Considering the part that detaches to also hold a hook type thing- so that when they go through something it becomes like a grappling hook and holds on to whatever its attached to? And Muune can drag it towards them)

-> While neither twin can summon the other's weapon, once the weapons are summoned they can both use them.

-> Muune's magical ability in particular weakens the farther they are from Sunny (kinda like how the Moon's light comes from the Sun.. you get the idea) but their ability to summon the Bow never changes

well, war au chara hasn't done much yet so i guess imma answer 14 instead...

i guess storyshift chara (especially the reboot version) would definitely try grunge lol somewhat of an anti-establishment subculture. i also think they would enjoy more androgynous baggy fits that grunge fashion allows for. there's also that aspect that grunge clothes are the most accessible for everyday tasks, so yeah :3
