I have to say that paying extra attention to my protein going into these weekends has started to make all the difference in my stamina and focus! (The espresso helps too of course!๐). Rather than focus on my weight or body as a measurement of success, Iโm focusing on my energy level and how I feel overall in order to continue to eat more intuitively. โ๏ธโ Protein is always the biggest one for me to make sure I get enough of... it is so much more important for our bodies than we realize and makes such a difference in your strength, energy, and abilities throughout the day!
