Dry fit of the Foyer panelling and first floor stair case. I went for the archetypal floor to ceiling "Hamptons " square panelling for this level (it'll also be on the second level too at this stage). I'm glad I'm only doing it in the Foyer and Stairwell, a lot of cutting. After a bit of mucking around I got the chandelier installed. I know it a bit over the top but I think it looks okay now it's done. The idea for this came from the amazing stairwell lighting is @s.lightman awesome modern mini house. Sorry to all the people who voted for the Wave mural, I tried it but looked too washed out, so Tigers took the win. Last room of the Master Suite done. I can finally move onto another part of the house. The whole closet/ shower section slides out of the space (as in the later pics show) for maintenance.
