Super old thingies that I never posted The 1st one is @nastyboker's actors au, but I didn't humanize Skull boy (as it should be), because he would be unrecognizable then (I should work on that in the future, honestly) SB: "I should play the main role!" RG: "No, I!" SB: "Okay, you've convinced me" The 2nd-3rd pages are a comic, and on the 3rd one is a pun on adapted to russian Misery's name (also by nasty), but I'm too lazy to explain it

The b-b-bright side of the dark side!

Did anyone else adore Ruby Gloom as a kid? Cause as obsessed with cutesy Hello Kitty and My Little Pony stuff as I was (and still am) the dark yet lighthearted style of this show made me so happy. Not sure what got me to draw the girls, but I am very very happy with the background!! Hopefully I'll find some fellow Ruby Gloom enjoyers 💕

A rare instance of the colors showing up way brighter in the camera than in real life, the shades of red didn't look like that while I was coloring this.

Anyway, the last drawing of October is Ruby Gloom, based on a clothing brand, drawn by Martin Hsu, & some of the art from these books are on his Deviantart page (MHSU). The people who made the clothes are a defunct company called Mighty Fine (Well I thought they were defunct, it seems like they're still active. For a while, I could only find info about it on The Wayback Machine but it seems like they go by more than one name). It had books and a show made for it, which I saw on Netflix. Now all the episodes are officially on YouTube.

I always liked how the series looked. I've been wanting to draw in this style for years but having no outlines always made it difficult to draw accurately on paper, with color pencils. I think I did a good enough job though.
