Helena: I think I will, Faust, thank you very much. Why were we always calling each other by last name? [giggle] It's so fucking stupid! Anyway, I just thought you should know I'm not even mad at you anymore. In fact, I think you did me a huge favor by breaking my heart. Because guess what, Ulrike? [hiccup] I just spent all night dancing with the hottest girl I've ever met, yes, including you. Take that, Faust! Plus, we made out. Like, for a really long time. Hard. She invited me to a party this weekend, and I think I'll go! So, yeah, just letting you know I'm doing great! [burp] I just hope you're not still all broken up over me...

[yawn] I'd love to chat more, but I think I'll just lie down for a nice little nap first. Mm. Yes. This seems like a good place for a nap. Bye-bye now...

Charlie Jack: Helena, are you crazy? Why are you out here alone? We've been looking all over!

SCP Biblical First Family

Got bored so gonna post up some ideas I have for biblical first family in the SCP. I intend to add these as SCPs later but gotta write them so that will take time Anyway…

*Adam had three wives, Lilith the first, Eve the third.

* The wives nor the children speak of the second. They will not speak her name, they will not describe her. They will at most acknowledge her as the second wife or simply as her. They aren’t sure if she is alive or dead. 

* Lilith didn’t want to have children, though called their mother she never actually gave birth to any of the kids. 

*Adam insisted that his children all consider his three wives as their mothers equally. 

* The children in order of birth Qayin (Cain) and his twin sister Luluwa (Lulu), Hevel (Able), Awan (Ava), Atzurah (Azura), Set (Seth.)

* Neither Cain nor Able are aware their other siblings have survived to the modern days. Seth is aware that two of his sisters are alive but never speaks to about them to the Foundation so they won’t be contained. He sees no need as they bring no attention to themselves and are no real threat.

* Lulu has some serious issues against Lilith. She adored Lilith like her real mother but as the oldest she remembers when Lilith left not only their father but her. To make things worse, she knows her father essentially named her after Lilith. Luluwa just being a derivation of Lilith.

* Eve did eat fruit from tree of wisdom and the tree of eternal life. Now she has knowledge she shouldn’t reasonably know and simply can’t die. She has mostly spent her time trying to protect humanity from anomalous even before she got involved with the foundation. 

* Eve is not a fan of traveling over water. If you were drowning for 40 days over and over again you wouldn’t be a fan either. 

* No member of the family will ever willing face the Gate Guardian. The picture would give many nightmares. Coincidentally if anyone plays SCP-2137  near them it will begin to speak Sumerian and has caused Eve to have a panic attack.

* Ava is one if not the first magic users,  she’s continued to practice and honed her skills over the centuries. A lot of modern thaumaturgy is based on her discoveries and teachings. 

* Ava looked up to her brother Cain, seeing him as someone she could relate to someone she could connect intellectually with. It broke her heart when she heard about what happened with Able. 

* Ava still loves her father but she fears him. She knows what he became and has actually worked on a spell that might be able to stop him. She is not eager to test it. 

* They all miss Azura, one day when they were children she went missing. No one found a body or found out what happened. Even centuries later it haunts them, they never got closure. 

* Lulu knows the origin of Cain’s arms. 

*Azura has dark blue eyes, to the point of having them look purple, she says the same thing as Elizabeth Taylor. She has black and white hair, she claims its Marie Antoinette  syndrome thing. No one is sure if she knows what that is.

*Azura has a close relationship to the Wondertainments. She calls Isabel Izzy and Reginald Reggie, and sometimes by his real name. Isabel calls her Wow. Their relationship complicated. Azura did pick the name Isabel.

* Ava in the modern era has actually earned multiple doctorates, thought she will admit the history ones are kind of cheat since she lived through history.

* Lulu is a charming and playful young woman. It would be possible to confuse this with some anomalous ability, but she just someone who knows how people work and what to say to get the right reactions.  

*Eve takes special measures to try and protect anomalous children. But in the end she is only one vote of 13.

*Eve actually checks in on SCP-53 regularly, as her anomaly doesn’t affect her being a reality anchor. The council knows this and allow it as they would rather have 53 forming a bond with Eve instead of being solely influence by 682.

* Lulu knew Thomas Edison and  Helena Blavatsky and together were involved with his spirit phone invention. 

* Ava looks down on the Serpent Hand. While she understands their good intentions she believes that world finding out about the anomalous would be disastrous. She also avoids the library, as she’d rather craft spells on her own and just wants to avoid alternate universe stuff.

* Azura actually ends up meeting up with her grandma fairly regularly.

*Eve has fallen in love a number of times. She's married, men and women, and occasionally raised families. It hurts her when they die. She remembers each and every one.

*Eve and Lord Blackwood were a thing, neither getting too serious because they had their own responsibilities and lives to live. Though if they ever stop to talk about it, they would consider slowing down even for a bit.

*Adam might have more children.

It’s been 2 weeks since the reveal of MC’s heredity.

“Lilith”

Pleas stop it.

“Hey Lilith-“

I know you all miss her.

“Lilith can you-“

But what about Me?

The lively household was now sober with silence, most of the residents already retiring to their respective quarters. The sound of footsteps muffled by the velvet carpet as the human treaded towards the balcony, steaming coffee in hand. The disheveled bun and growing bags under her eyes being signs of her restlessness as she set her mug on the balcony lining.

Oh lord Diavolo, how long has it been since she began overthinking things. Was she really overthinking? It’s nice to know they’re all getting along nicely, but at the cost of her identity? How are they even sure? I mean... Surely there was someone in her bloodline that wasn’t a legitimate child, what if it was only by name and legality? What if the blood they think she has is merely by written records? What if she didn’t really had Lilith’s blood? What if-

“I was wondering why the coffee maker’s still warm...”

Shoulders tensed up as she slowly turned her head, only to see unkept blonde hair and tired eyes.

“Ah Satan... you startled me”

Said fourth born only gave a raspy chuckle as he walked towards MC’s side at the balcony. He took notice the wariness in MC’s features as she gripped her cup of coffee tighter. He...knew how she felt, he’d even go as far as to say he was empathetic towards her.

“Hey, how’ve you been holding up these past two weeks?”

The question genuinely caught MC off guard, but knew deep down that Satan was going to catch up to her considering he’s been staring at her solemnly for the past few days.

“You’re the only person here I can be brutally honest with, you know that right?”

“Oh well I do the same with you, it’s basically a mutual benefit, so please do tell how you’ve been doing”

An exhausted sigh escaped her lips as she took a sip from her cup of coffee, already cold from the night breeze.

“I feel...like absolute crap. I’m happy that everyone’s getting along now but... why do I feel as if I’ve been robbed...”

“...Because they’re practically using you as a substitute for Lilith”

She quirked her brow as she placed her mug down. The Devildom moon being the only source of light as the temperamental duo gazed at the scenery.

“...What gave it away...?”

“Oh please MC, the last time I herd my brothers call you by your real name was before Lord Diavolo and Barbatos arrived with the news”

“You know, I have a feeling that’s not your only reason”

A small laugh emitted from the blonde before continuing his explanation.

“...That and...I feel empathetic towards you...”

“Oh? And how so..? Please do tell”

“You remember how I was born right?”

“You were born from Lucifer’s wrath after the Celestial war...”

“Exactly, I was born AFTER the war, meaning, AFTER Lilith’s death”

A churning feeling swindled in MC’s stomach as she realized where his context was going.

“I can still remember it...the way my brothers used to dote on me, giving me affection that was supposed to be for their dearest sister. Sure it felt nice to be loved but...knowing that the love they’re giving you wasn’t supposed to be yours in the first place, it just fed my wrath even more.”

He glanced at the human, taking in her silent reaction, he already knew how clever MC was so he knew that she already had an idea.

“Of course...that was centuries ago. They stopped treating me as a substitute and started treating me as me, they practically moved on...or at least I thought they moved on...”

“It’s kind of cruel isn’t it? Having to wait such a long time before finally receiving something that wasn’t second handed”

“It is, and I know you know it too. I knew the moment Belphie changed his attitude that they’ll direct their pent up affections for Lilith towards you”

Satan lowered his head a bit before looking MC in the eye.

“I’m...terribly sorry MC, I wasn’t able to help you. I should’ve tipped them off before they started pouring their misplaced affection towards you. I made a promise that I’d help you and yet...here you are, going through what I also had to endure centuries ago.”

She lightly rubbed his tired shoulders, a solemn smile danced on her lips as her tired eyes showed nothing but empathy.

“You don’t have to apologize, it’s not your obligation. You’ve already had your fight, so this ones mine to face”

She retreated her hand and gripped her now empty mug.

“If you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask me. Knowing how they’re currently acting, it’ll only get worse from here.”

A raspy giggle escaped MC’s lips as she slowly rubbed the bridge of her nose.

“I’ll keep that in mind Mr. Sharp’n Witty”

“Make sure you do Ms. Trouble Magnet”

And with that, the two went back inside...

...The warmth of their breaths being the only sign they were ever their on the balcony to lament.

A/N - So to clarify, I decided to post 1 prequel and I’ll be posting a sequel (which will be posted in December) before the grand angsty finale in January because even I wanna get something out to satisfy my brainrotting.

Preparations

The anticipation has mounted for days. Preparation for this year’s Remembrance Day well underway. In the early morning hours, the streets are filled with lanterns. Some are made of glass, other of paper. Varying in different shapes and sizes. Casting the empty early morning streets in different facets of color like the rainbow. Whispers circulating throughout Tera; for the arrival of the Outlanders. Some voices speak up out of worry, others? Excited to see the loved ones that have returned to them. This year being the first time they would all come together again. 

A message of peace being spread among those; the citizens of Tera. To enjoy this time but be wary. Just because they have offered peace doesn't mean their guest will follow it.   Helena Matthews,  Captain of the Sentinels has prepared her people. Handing out assignments to those who will be on duty. Her Lieutenants: Dakota Blake and Felix Reyes settling into their sectors for the day.  Chief Medical Physician Amelia Wayne setting up her medic booth with her staff. For those in need of first aid. 

 The Bazaar is filled with different booths and stalls ready to be filled by those who will be participating in activities. An arts and crafts area for those to grab their paper lantern for that evening release of them.  Tables to decorate your lantern with messages. Well wishes, and your hope for  the future. 

De' Lucas and Pandora will be providing food and drinks. The fresh fruits, veggies, and meats are organized and set up in baskets by Nicola Balish as an offering for those to take home— a gift from The Council reminding those of just how fortunate they are to be living in a paradise. Staffing on the farm feed have prepared the animals they've brought and cloned with them for animal petting and for those who’d like to get to the many different activities throughout Tera ; a hayride will be their form of transport. 

The Arrival

Street actors, musicians and performers;  prepare near Musala; the building in the center of town. As dawn breaks over the horizon. Figures moved from within the bloodwood. Slowly emerging from the foliage.  Lilith Bane stands outside the gate ready to greet their guests. With her private security team helmed by Kade Bishop as they watch the Outlanders move towards them. It's an awesome sight, leaving the young and old standing, mouths agape at the fearsome sight they make. How was it possible these were their family and friends who had turned their back on their way of life? 

Some come on foot, others on the backs of their Zepters. Pulling carts full of barrels of blood meed, fresh meat, and other oddities of Abellio. Things that can be found on their side of the Bloodwoods. Katana Mar, leading her people towards — what they are told is a chance for peace. But like the Terrans, The Outlanders have come ready for anything.

The opening speech was given by none other than Emerson Avery before making their way to The Hall of Remembrance. A candlelight precession, lighting the candles and lanterns left near the names on the wall. Honoring those who have fallen. It would appear that this year's festivities would prove to be far more interesting than previous ones. To the untrained eye, all looks well. Still, for those who know what to look for, there is something or perhaps someone missing. All the while a strange figure hangs back out of sight of Terrans and Outlanders. Watching how this scene will unfold. 

Admin Notes: Welcome to EVENT 001 everyone. The event will start today. Part 1 & 2 of this event will be taking place on the discord server. Dec 21, will kick off part 3,  these last two days will be held on the dash. And followed with a plot drop.

 Just a few things to note. 

—Outlanders: As a guest, your weapons have been confiscated. Left outside the city gates with a standing sentinel watching over them. You are however allowed one hidden weapon of your choice. You will have eyes on you for most of the day so be wary of what you say and do. 

—Terrans: You are free to move about at will. Only sentinels are allowed to have armed  weapons out. However, like the Outlanders; you are allowed one weapon or tool to hide on your person. Why you need it in paradise...who knows?

Cyborg 009 Vs Devilman

It’s taken me way too long to get to the reason I’ve been doing these. As this is a modern OVA, the main characters on both sides have tweaked designs, but the Cyborgs are still recognisable as their classic looks compared to the other modern updates. The design here includes blue lines that appear on their uniforms some times when they use their abilities, presumably at their joints. Also despite the original arcs being in 1966 and 1972 respectively, this is clearly in the present day.

The OP contains images relating to stuff in both series, including stuff for Devilman that hasn’t happened yet, though, the song is entirely Cyborg 009 based. The ED is similarly Devilman based, featuring both genuine panels from both manga, as well as other panels that mimic the style well.

The opening sequence focuses on 009’s climatic battle with Apollo, who has a definite god complex, in parallel to Devilman battling Jinmen. The battle with Apollo ends with Helena taking a blow for 009, and telling Apollo that 009 might actually be able to change things, before they plunge into the lava. We get to see the Cyborgs properly escape.

At Gilmore’s mansion, as the group are enjoying a peaceful life, 005 senses something, and 001 suddenly wakes up early, delivering a warning about devils.

As they walk to school, Miki insists on stopping purse snatchers, to Akira’s exasperation, though he does help once she winds up being threatened by the punks. We see what looks like a young boy and a man with a metal face are watching them.

009, 003, 005, 006 and Gilmore use submarine 101 to look for news relating to what Ivan warned about. At school, Akira is skipping class, while Miki befriends new transfer student Eva Maria Parallels.

004, 002, 007 and 008, after flashing back to a briefing where Gilmore explained that if Black Ghost is making a move in Japan one of their front companies should have some buzz, seek out information about such in various locales in Japan, hearing a little about rumours of devils. Back at the sub, 003 uses their resources to discover a mass of sightings of devils corresponding with mass disappearance, and in one picture they see Devilman flying over a forest, deciding, based on the Mythos Cyborgs, Black Ghost must be developing a group of demon based Cyborgs. Joe and Francoise decide to investigate the area of the sighting.

After Akira and Ryo confirm a demon is operating around the same forest, Miki arrives to introduce Eva to Akira. Akira says he’ll be staying at Ryo’s, making her suspicious.

002, 004 and 008 meet up and after confirming that all three of them were knowingly tailed, prepare to meet their followers.

A rave at a convenience store is used as a Sabbath to allow Lilith to take over the body of Kisaragi Honey, she then turns all the other party goers into her servants. Francoise hears this happening and her and Joe head there. The store worker, possibly already possessed, turns into Pazuzu, saying he is grateful for the opportunity to face Amon, even if he doesn’t have as much history with him as Atun. As Lilith and her cohorts leave, Akira arrives and battle begins immediately. Francoise is confused by hearing Akira’s words to Pazuzu. Jet, Albert and Pyunma call out their pursuers, the kid and metal man from earlier, as well as a young man with red spiked hair, who confirm they’re the latest assassin’s from Black Ghost. Ryo shoots at Pazuzu within the woods to help Devilman fight, as Joe rushes to the scene. Francoise can sense all 3, assuming Pazuzu and Devilman to be new Black Ghost weapons and Ryo to be a scientist recording test data. Devilman struggles, as Pazuzu mocks Amon, before Devilman uses his head antenna to stab Pazuzu, rip off his wings and then bisect him.

Ryo notices 009 and shoots at him, concluding from his abilities that 009 is a demon merged with machines. 009 begins fighting Devilman, who can react to acceleration by instinct, and manages to destroy the Super Gun. When Joe’s acceleration limiter kicks in, Ryo realises he isn’t a demon, but decides with his power he is still a threat to the world and destroying him is a simple precaution against that. Both Devilman and 009 punch at eachother. Francoise arrives as the dust settles, Devilman’s arm has already been torn off, while 009’s is damaged, and he pops it out. Both pass out, and Ryo and Francoise both panic.

The second part has the three Black Ghost members introduce themselves as 0014 Edward, 0016 Cain, and 0017 Abel. They refuse to explain 0015 when asked, simply explaining that they, the High Teen Numbers, are the next step in the Cyborg Soldier project, after the Prototype 00 numbers and the Next Stage Mythos Cyborgs. Part of the reason Black Ghost still bothers with them is their ability to overpower those who were more advanced than them. They reveal their uniforms, black versions of the 00 Cyborgs’ with red lines when they use their abilities, and white scarves. There is a short battle, 0016’s metal body can resist all of 004’s weapons and has an electromagnetic cannon in his right arm, 0014 can outspeed a flying 002 using his accelerator, and 0017 uses a snowflake shuriken that actually damages 008’s uniform. Bored, 0014 decides to wait to face them when they’re all there.

Submarine 101 rescues 003 and 009, and repairs begin on Joe. As Gilmore repairs his arm, he finds a sample of Devilman’s skin, which turns back to Akira’s under the microscope. Geronimo asks Francoise if she saw the demon, and she remembers seeing Ryo give Akira his coat and pick him up. She asked if they were not Black Ghost, which Ryo seemed to not recognise, and telling her that humans aren’t the only enemy of mankind, though possibly still considering them a threat.

At Ryo’s, he is somehow able to access data on Black Ghost, including data on Dr. Dresser, Dr. Gamo Whiskey, Dr. Isaac Gilmore, Dr. Gaea, Dr. Uranus and Dr. Teuful Adams. All the profiles have bad English descriptions. He is also able to determine that their money comes from several post WWI companies. When Akira wakes up he confirms to him he believes the Cyborgs are also traitors to something.

Miki, bonding with Eva, gives her Akira’s lunch and has her join them.

Joe wakes up, and Albert explains the encounter with the High Teen Numbers.

Eva asks Miki about Akira, and she explains that in this version Akira was orphaned leading to him living with the Makimura family. She acknowledges that Akira has changed in the past six months, buy says it’s more like he became more dependable, he has the same heart. She asks Eva about her own family, leading her to reveal her twin brother was in an accident and is now in a coma. Miki cries in sympathy, and is offered Eva’s handkerchief. Suddenly the sky turns red and Lilith’s demons appear, Miki attempting to defend Eva but passing out. Eva is annoyed, since she was supposed to deliver Miki to them and uses a power in her eye to immobilise one of the demons. Lilith agrees to let her do it, calling her 0015.

Gilmore explains 0014 is Edward Adams, son of Adams Teufel and a gifted scientist in his own right, who was injured in a massive explosion. Adam’s pleaded with Skull for the opportunity to make Edward a candidate for 0014. After they mention the project was cancelled with 0013, Gilmore explains that Adams conceived of a slightly different project which it’s possible Skull found favour with, using an enhanced version of 007’s abilities to create transforming weapons. Human cells couldn’t handle it, leading to the subjects exploding and the scientists all holding an intervention, where Adams swore he would use demons to make it work, something they all felt was impossible until today, as Gilmore now knows demons exist. He also suspects Adams created the High Teen Numbers under the auspices of the Van Vogt corporation, rather than under Skull himself.

We see Adams, acknowledging that deals with demons always go wrong, but sweating to go through with one with Atun anyway, we also see in stasis 0018, Set.

They launch and head out, when suddenly a strange atmosphere covers the ship. Suddenly 004 sees Hilda, and the rest of them, except 003 and 001, who is a baby, see women from their past. The implication is that all of the woman are old flames, with the exception of 009 who sees his mother. This is actually kind of interesting since I think Joe is generally said to barely remember his family. I don’t know if any of the other women have a basis in other 009 media. Albert and Joe both recognise this is a lie, and specifically the work of Lilith. Her army assaults the ship, and Jet heads out to fight all of them.

Akira returns to school and finds Miki missing, her bag left behind.

009 goes out to help 002, the pair using their accelerators to fight. Lilith’s demons kamikaze the ship, causing them to have to force a crash landing.

Dr. Adams declares the next evolution to Cyborg and Demon, as 0018’s pod opens and Atun prepares to enter him.
