* oh hey both the season 2 and season 4 finale ending scenes are about Adrien giving words of praise to Marinette, telling her how great she is, while she looks at him in awe, they both use the same music, and in the end everyone is cheering for them
* cool
* finding these kinds of parallels is fun I should do it more often (ik these were probably already know by literally everyone but I’ve somehow only just noticed them so)
From the episode title itself, it means "Short-Lived". This might involve time and different scenarios. But what if these events from the trailer are just different possible futures on her decision on that episode to make.
From the synopsis, Master Suhan once again appeared and asked Ladybug to know Chat Noir's identity. We all know from the very start Ladybug and Chat Noir don't know each other identities until now. Although it happened in Chat Blanc Timeline, a big disaster happened. Only Ladybug and Future Bunnix know that event happened in another timeline. But even though LB fixed the mistake the moment she entered Adrien's room, for me, the whole timeline already change and create another timeline that is different from the timeline where adult Bunnix remembers.
Let's say from Future Bunnix's timeline, their Ladybug didn't experience facing Chat Blanc. But sad to say our present Ladybug faced it which is already her nightmare. Because of this trauma, her decisions no matter how big or small also affected which also have big consequences in the future.
So what if these scenes from the trailer actually happen in the future which causes major disasters. Maybe these are visions or Bunnix POV in her burrow. I am not certain if future Bunnix again will appear or current Alix will receive her miraculous to foresee the future ahead of them. But the number of events in a short span of time, higher chances Bunnix has a role in this episode.
Honestly, in my opinion, I guess they only traveled in a very short period of time or within that day, unlike Chat Blanc that was months long. May be the episode is name "Ephemeral" because the disaster happen in just a short time / temporary.
I still have many thoughts about this episode, but this is just my over all impression about it.
