wait the GQ shoots is not law roach, its Mobolaji Dawodu who is one of the best editorial stylists particularly for mens fashion. I think his press tour fits are more what he likes, not the GQ shoots. I think he likes the preppy and golf attire look.

The venice look is more preppy look not really old hollywood/vintage. I think tom looks best when he keeps things pretty simple ( this is compliment I promise) like turtlenecks, black shirt, white undershirt, with an overcoat, black trousers etc.

I feel like what Tom was wearing that day in Venice is something that I could see someone from an older era wearing. Jmho

I kind of feel like Law gives him choices of things to wear for a press tour, and Tom accepts from the choices what he's comfortable wearing? Idk....correct me if I'm wrong.

And yes, Law was not the one who styled him for the GQ 2019 shoot.

my all time favorite styling for tom was on the GQ 2019 photoshoot. I liked every single outfit they picked for him. Even if it was very simplex it fitted him. It helped that the photographer was very good too and Tom seemed comfortable.

In comparison, the worst Tom styling for a magazine in my opinion was November 2021 with GQ. Funnily enough, they were both styled by Mobolaji Dawodu, the fashion director of GQ style. He can really give the best and the worst it's insane

That one pic of him manspreading and giving sexy vibes is one of my favourite photos of him. I don’t remember which photoshoot it was from tho. But it was the pose and the way his face looked and not the clothes that made the pic look fire.

idk if you liked the styling as much as i did but i think we need to find Mobolaji Dawodu to continue this phenomenal work throughout the season …. 👀

it wasn't very adventurous but i liked it. is there any possibility of getting him on full time outside gq 🥹 i know he used to style robert pattinson
