Dating Headcanons || GN!Reader x Passenger

A/N: Reader’s personality is slightly hot-headed but kind.

When was the last time Passenger felt like he was home?

He had been hoping to be able to settle a bit down in Rhodes, but even there he only felt like a passenger. He did not mind the solitude, but he did miss listening to music with another soul.

Kal’stit only had so little time, even for her dearest friend. So, his heart ought to miss hearing someone’s thoughts about his opinion of the latest chapter of his reading. 

Then, there was you.

It was fascinating for him to be with you. You’re so opinionated, a bit louder, and even more charming. If he could be the dawn, then you would be the dusk, always one to seek out the other.

There’s no day he did not long to be with you, you’ve had a lot to say, and he loves to listen to your complaints, woes, and awes.

It means a lot to him when you’re speaking from the depth of your heart about what worries you and what angers you, to him, it means you put a lot of trust into his advice, he experienced how hard it can be to open up about oneself.

He’s the first to calm you down, listen to your reasoning for your anger, and then help you to figure it out from there on.

When he sees your indulging in your hobby, he’ll want to hear you talk about it. When you watch a good show, he will watch it with you. Since day one, he’s been consistently one to be on your side, and he would love every bit of it.

Passenger is no saint, but he’s close to being one. He takes care of the knots in your hair, brushing it skillfully with your comb and giving you gentle kisses around your head.

What keeps him from going to heaven is the letters that he’s writing for you, in case..just in case the oripathy gets him much earlier than expected.

Truth be told, he thought he would have been dead before he was able to give his fate a twist. It was unexpected that he made it through the horror and grief, and made it to your comfortable lap.

In your lap, he asks himself; Is it alright for him to just be with you, spent time with you as much as he can before he passes? Would his death mean something if he kept spending time with you? He is not sure where his life will lead him, but…

Laying next to you, getting to hold you, and feeling your warmth spreading through Passenger. It feels like he’s learning a new lesson in life; He feels content without doing work. He feels as if he isn’t supposed to work around day and night.

Right now, he wants to see what makes you laugh, and how many kisses you can take before it gets too much. Is it Sinful to have a want, or is he just greedy?

He’s not sure how to answer all these questions that bother him, but around you, these questions dissolve into long-lasting memories on paper that he gets to experience.

Since he has confessed to you, he felt more content with living his life to its fullest. 

He’s been writing you love letters and even some smaller notes with the world's most disfigured pigeon doodle on them.

If it makes you happy, he will let out a pigeon purr noise. He knows how foolish he sounds, but it’s worth it to make you distracted from your woes.

Shutters, is there any other good operators combo that just really synergic with each other ?? (like chen/liskarm, after module lin/aak, chongyue/skadi etc etc)

If we listed every bit of synergy we'd be here all day, but here are some notable unit combos as well as some of my personal favorites

Hellagur and Warfarin/Aak - Hellagur wants his HP to be lowered in order to attack faster. Aak and Warfarin deal damage to their ally in order to give them ATK buffs. While you normally don't need to actually be empowering Hellagur for him to do his job, it's a great combo to keep in mind with stricter content like Contingency Contract

Blemishine and Mudrock - Blemishine's E2 talent gives all operators with defensive recovery skills +1 SP every time they attack, while Mudrock's best skill (her S2 spin) is defensive recovery. Together, Mudrock becomes nigh unkillable, as she spins, heals, and stuns much faster than she was originally designed for. As an added bonus, Blemishine's own S2 is HP regeneration rather than heals, meaning when set next to each other, Blemishine can also heal Mudrock! They make for the toughest Defender duo.

Blaze and Saria - The AFK Lazy Doctor classic. Simply parking Blaze with S2 behind Saria still makes for an incredibly tough wall to break. This combo is why Block-4 enemies exist now.

Gavial the Invincible and Mlynar - The DPS version of Blaze and Saria, Gavial's S2 and Mlynar's S3 almost perfectly cover the other's downtime, meaning together they create a nigh impossible wall (of damage) for enemies to pass through.

Siege (Module Y) and Bagpipe - Siege's Module Y lets her give SP to one other vanguard unit whenever an enemy dies in the 4 tiles next to her. This means that with both units on S2M3, Siegepipe generates Flagpipe levels of DP on crowds of enemies, while also being able to actually fight. They're a strong Vanguard opener for when stages try to counter Flagbearers by sending enemies ASAP.

Suzuran/Ethan and Qiubai - Qiubai deals an additional burst of damage to enemies that are currently slowed (Sluggish debuff such as from Decel Binders, not reduced movement speed) or Bound. Suzuran's S3 or a modded Ethan S2 is able to keep enemies slowed and bound for a significantly long period, meaning Qiubai doesn't have to rely on her own skills to bind enemies and can go all-in with her S3's insane ASPD stacking to inflict astounding amounts of arts damage.

Dorothy and Qanipalaat/Irene - Fun fact, you can place traps under levitating enemies. With units that have levitation on their skills like Irene or Qanipalaat, you can keep an enemy bound in place for a very long time when combined with Dorothy's S2!

Reed the Flameshadow, Surtr, and Texas the Omertosa - When there's an enemy that you wish to kill, and for some godforsaken reason you don't want to just kill them but sear the flesh from their bones, atomize their souls, burn them with eternal and RES-ignoring fire until the kingdom of heaven pleads for mercy to a God who has long since fled his throne in fear of you, employ what the community likes to call the Sandwich Technique — Equip Reed S2, Surtr S3, and Texas S2, and when an enemy walks inside Reed's range, drop Surtr to tank, then activate Surtr S3, then drop Texas on the other side of the enemy, then activate Reed S2 with no other viable targets in her range. The enemy will take damage from both of Reed's flaming balls placed on Surtr and Texas, Texas S2 will be reducing the enemy's RES, and Surtr will be doing Surtr things. This sandwich technique combines the three highest Arts damage skills in the game for the largest amount of arts DPS currently possible by 3 operators. Please note that is insanely overkill and also doesn't skip a boss' defensive skills/mechanics, unlike if you oneshot them by supercharging Ebenholz instead.

Quickly getting irritated that all of the walkthroughs I can find for modding Morrowind assume the reader/viewer already knows something about modding or has working knowledge of computer software.

Neither of which is me.

Also, the walkthroughs use terms I don't have any familiarity with and the files n shit they're clicking on aren't on my laptop (or if they are, they're named differently, e.g. there is no 'computer' listing in file explorer, but when I click 'This PC' it takes me to C drive like the listing named 'computer' does) and I am absolutely a dumbass when it comes to computers so unless I know EXACTLY what I'm clicking on and aaking the computer to do with zero amiguity, I'm not touching a thing because shure as shit I'll like delete the phyical device or something. Also between ADHD and Autism I can't 'connect the dots' bases on context clues like an NT person can; when I try, shit goes very, very badly.

I want a walkthrough that politely treats me like a boomer with alzheimers and hearing loss, takes me step by step and goes over any errors I could possibly encounter (I got one earlier and when both me and my spouse googled it to find out hownto fix it, nothing came up), doesn't use any initialisims or if it does, it tells me what the fuck a UAC is, and also lists ALL of the terms that might be used for the same thing.

But, so far I can't find anything like that and it's starting to flat piss me off because one of THE main reasons I dropped 1k on a gaming rig was to play modded Morrowind.

The S and O to the ABC. || Broca x GN!Reader

The ABC Trio was very enthusiastic today.

The A in the Trio woke up with a feeling of joy. The B broke a few eggs while trying to make an omelet, so nervous was he. C stands for Crazy, for some reason he felt more nervous and joyful than the other two. He's looking forward to B's confession to his S and O!

It was Chiave who knew from day one how one of his best friends had a crush on you. Emphasizing the had, he knows that today will be the day when you and his best friend will finally click together like two pairs of magnets. Indivisible even.

It was certainly a surprise for Broca to hear what Chiave saw between you. Mayhap he did like the thought of being together with you, and getting close enough to you to reach for your hand, but isn't that weird and obsessive? Was it weird to think about you the most during the day and night?

Chiave had to reassure him a lot that he wasn't being weird for having a fat crush on you!

Broca's confidence has been built thanks to his friends' support. As the three eat together for breakfast, discussing the exciting plan together, mostly because Chiave was giddy too since he's never seen Broca being so nervous and flustered before, not even being able to stomach his breakfast as the butterflies took most of the space in.

Broca flipped his phone open and clicked on your chat. Chiave peeks a bit, wondering how the big, mighty Broca acts with you when you're alone with him. Chiave holds the largest grin back, containing his laughter well. What!! Why was Broca acting so sweet around you? What are all these cat GIFs for? You two already text like an old couple! But then he sees Broca's stupid smile, and he coos, 'Oh, Broca, who knew you were such a big softie!'

Quickly, he shuts his phone. 'You don't mind butting into my privacy?' Inquires Broca with a frown on his lips. 'Not much, at least! So what were you guys talking about?' asks Chiave with a smirk on his face. 'We were just planning where to meet after work today.'

Aosta buts in with an 'Ooooh, right. You plan on confessing today.' As he takes a small sip from his cup of coffee, trying to kill his morning tiredness. 'Notify me when you don't get together, and I'll help you through, or, erm, when you do make it, I'll be cheering for you two.' As he says this with a low voice and tired eyes, he bumps slowly his fist into the air, forcing a quiet cheer out of his throat.

'WHAT? Don't say that, don't jinx it! Of course, the feelings are mutual. You weren't there when Broca got to help them carry the heavy set of armor!' Declares Chiave, protecting the honor of Broca.

Broca turns to Aosta, sincerely thanking him for the offer, as he ignores Chiave's theatrical display of affection to him. He does admit to himself, he feels much more nervous now because Aosta spoke about what he feared all week long since he's been thinking about confessing to you.

Aosta yawns, 'Alright, let's get going.'

Aosta picks the plates up, whereas Broca cleans the table up and Chiave gives them moral support through lame cheers.

Aosta is the first to go, as Broca and Chiave follow him through the halls until they reach their designations of work. 

During their work, they all thought about the outcome of the day.

Aosta felt like he upset Broca a bit this morning, hopefully, he didn't jinx it for him. He'd have to blame himself for doing so.

Broca has been covering very well how nervous he truly felt. If anyone could read his thoughts, then they would hear nothing but nervous screams and cries. He feels so sick thinking about telling you how he feels.

Meanwhile, Chiave was bored to death and wishes to just know the outcome. He was very often tempted to just be upfront with you and just spell it out for Broca how he's been feeling about you. But then he wouldn't be a good friend and neither does he want to upset his friend and ruin everything, so he just waits.

They wait.

The evening slowly arrives as the Trio makes it out of their training and work. It's been a hell of a day, full of nerves.

But here he is, standing in front of your door. He watches the door knob intently. What if he messes it up? He didn't know how to read your feelings either, you're such a kind soul, surely you would give him a bit of mercy and let him down gently, right?

'Psst! Broca, over here!!'

Broca's head turns to the direction of the noise, seeing his two friends peeking around the corner with their thumbs up. 'You can do it, Broca!' whispers Aosta, 'Love never loses, Broc!' quietly cheers Chiave.

Here he goes, with a bit more confidence, and he knocks on your door. Even though the wait hasn't been long, he feels like he needs to let it out immediately.

'Hi, Broca! You're all dressed up, what's the occasion for this?'

Your Pajamas mess a bit with his plans, he clutches onto the bouquet behind his back to get him out of this fatigue state. "If you're free right now, I would like to take you out on a date.'"

Ah. He phrased it like a matter of fact rather than a question. Did he blow it with you now?

'I would love to, just wait here for a bit and I get dressed up, immediately!!' as you take your leave and close the door behind you.

The A and C to the B come out forward and slap him on his back, probably also pushing his Soul back where it belongs. 'You've done so well!', 'I told you they would like you back ’, and 'We see you after your date!' got said after they left in a quick turn.

After you come back, Broca pushes the Bouquet into you. 'These are also for you.'

With a smile on your lips, you gladly take them inside and put them into a vase where they will blossom, just like you and Broca.

Bonus Headcanons ღ Trust me, he’s not going to hold your hand until you try to reach out to him first. “You really want to hold my hand…? Sure, let’s just not do it in public.”

ღ He’s going to try to pay for everything, keyword is that he’s going to try. He usually doesn’t have that much money on hand, but he did save up for this occasion!

ღ Broca’s love language is that he likes to fix or modify your devices.

ღ You show him that your weapons jams, and he’ll gladly put time into fixing and making it better for you. He enjoys doing that, but he also would like to hear compliments from you about his work.

ღ While he’s with you on this date, nothing else will be on his mind. Thinking about why your laugh makes him feel so good, or how your light touches send bolts through his body. With you, he feels so carefree for a man with a rough past that was always on the look-out. 

ღ He absentmindedly wraps his arm around your shoulder, so you wouldn’t get separated in the crowd.

ღ If someone bumps into you, he’d glare daggers at them and make sure you are not hurt anywhere.

Schwarz Mod 2 gives her only 5% more Def shred which come on HG if Gladiia can give multiple units 30% damage reduction Schwarz could've had like a 15% increase at least. I don't understand the swinginess of modules strength except as HG playing favorites...

It's not that bad because the actual module stats is a really funny +120 ATK to her and the module also boosts her crit damage, but (i say this without doing any testing and can be wrong) I think this is pretty much still just "Default Schwarz but her crits are even fatter".

I personally find it difficult to vouch for Mod2 when Schwarz already shits on extremely high DEF enemies while Pozyomka out DPSes her otherwise, vs Mod1 Schwarz providing team sniper support and a great -25s redeploy time for an assassin build. But I could be wrong. Maybe they introduce some dudes with Patriot++ level defensive stats and if you don't use Hexers then Schwarz is basically your only non-True Damage hope.

What I'm really mad about is Siege.

What the shit is this Hypergryph. +16% ATK and DEF, 24 if she's blocking something? Is that really the best you can do for the face of the Second Arc?

Saga feeds her team SP and Flametail is an evasion tank that blenders enemies but all Siege gets is some stats and encouragement? If she was only going to get stats at least make it BIG my dudes. +50% ATK/DEF, fuck it. She's got Defender-tier stats and Guard-like ATK, if you're using her S3 she's not making DP anyway so might as well go big or go home.

They were probably scared about buffing her just because of how scarily high her damage numbers can scale with stat buffs (Aak + Warfarin on her is hilarious), but consider this: Saber Siege deserves it.

I am expecting some crazy shit for her second module.
