Hi! I’m looking for an AO3 fic I lost track of, it was in progress, multi chapter, might have been AOB, definitely explicit. The setup was Steve is looking for drugs (I can’t remember if it was Upside Down related or not) and he comes to Eddie. Eddie, who’s heard the rumors that Steve will spread his legs for just about anyone, tries his luck and bargains with Steve to let him go down on him in exchange for drugs. Steve, who might’ve been a virgin, agrees for the heck of it.

I also remember that the synopsis was something along the lines of, “Eddie is going broke from all the free drugs he’s been giving Steve. But he’s not willing to lose this no strings attached sex-for-drugs deal he has with the King of Hawkins High. Steve, on the other hand, has more drugs than he knows what to do with because his dealer boyfriend keeps gifting them to him every time they have sex.”

Hi! I'm looking for a fic I read during probably the first half of 2024, in which Steve and Eddie met as kids when they were kidnapped together and scraped, but had maps of the forest they were kept in literally carved in their backs.

It was told mostly through flashbacks, as it was mostly happening when they were in the upsidedown talking.

When they escaped as kids, they wanted to keep contact, but Eddie told his therapist that he liked Steve, and the therapist was homophobic so she recommended for them to cut contact, so when they saw each other again they didn't recognise each other.

That's most of what I can remember .

Hi! I read a short fic on Tumblr maybe a year and a half ago now (😭) and can't find it. Short summary is that Steve and Robin are working st scoops and steddie is dating but in secret. Since Steve is a ladies man, Robin claims Eddie is her BF and Steve is hurt thinking Eddie is cheating. I can't remember the end much but I think starcourt happens and they clear everything up and they live happily ever after.

Any help finding it would be amazing!! I searched here and ao3 and didn't have any luck 😩

Hi! This fic a read on AO3, it might be deleted because I just can't find it :( A very unique AU where people had the ability to literally take their hearts out and hold them or leave them outside of their body. Steve thought that his parents would leave their hearts in a safe every time they left Hawkins. During s3 when steve is tortured by russians they have a device that can forcfully open his chest and they maim his heart. Steve keeps Eddie alive in s4 by putting Ed's heart in his chest.

tw suicide attempt mention

Steve and Eddie stayed together for MONTHS in a hospital room. They both were grievously hurt taking down Vecna, and Steve took a lot of damage to save Eddie. Steve continued to be very self sacrificial, whenever Eddie wanted something. He even gave up his only source of entertainment which were cards. When people visited they sort of focused on Eddie and after being released Steve became even more distant because he didn't think anyone cared enough about him. The cohabitation is talked about in one chapter the rest of the fic deals with the fallout of a suicide attempt after which Steve goes on a vacation with his parents and is hospitalized. It's a post s4 fic. Early on in the fic Steve carries Eddie into the hospital, and the hospital refuses to treat him. So Steve says he’ll stop donating if the hospital doesn’t treat Eddie (Steve’s parents are dead, so he controls his father's estate)

Hi, I know you're probably busy but I'm looking for a fic I unfortunately don't have much to go on.

All I really remember is a brief flashback to Steve and Eddie meeting as kids. Steve talked about wanting to be a nurse like Tommy's mom and Eddie asked if boys could be nurses and Steve gets sad. Eddie had a bloody knee and Steve put bandaids on it for him.

Also Eddie calls Steve his first kindness.

Hi, I'm looking for a fic I read on ao3 over a year ago. It's set after the events of season 4 and I believe it's one long chapter. It features Steve slowly realizing his feelings for Eddie. I remember two specific scenes from it; the first being that Steve needs to get glasses to help with his headaches. I think Robin goes with him to the ophthalmologist. Later, when he picks Dustin up, Dustin asks how he looks cool even while wearing glasses.

The second scene I remember is Steve driving to the Wheeler's to pick the kids up from D&D and Nancy compliments Steve's glasses while tossing him a can of Coke. She then teases him by asking if Eddie liked them.

Hello! So once upon a time I read a Steddie A/B/O fic where Steve was an alpha and Eddie was hiding that he was an omega. They were still in high school and for some reason Steve was at the trailer and found out he was an omega and Eddie throws a condom at him and tells him he has to swear not to tell anyone. Steve is appalled at the notion that he would make Eddie have sex with him, says he won't say anything and leaves. Turns out when Eddie presented his parents kicked him out and he was assaulted. I know its a pretty long fic where Steve courts him and defends him against other Alphas and gets them a house, and Eddie is not interested in their relationship being physical but they're still together.

I have been going through everything I could to find it again and I can't fine anything. If anyone can help I would be so appreciative! I read it on AO3

Read the beginnings of 2 fics on tumblr today (3/22/25) and tumblr crashed 2x and now I can't find either.

First one was quite long, Eddie comes back as a creature/vampiric. It had a lot of beautiful illustrations. Eddie became more or less feral depending on how close it was to the moon and how much blood he'd had, his feral side was called "the hind." He was staying with and being fed by Steve. I didn't get through it, but what I started was lovely. Very long, at least 5 long chapters. Eddie had black nails/claws, and it was implied he might grow wings and a tail. Steve was clearly into the pain/bdsm dynamic, Eddie was worried about consent.

2nd fic Eddie won a prize for his cosplay to see the series finale of show he liked with cast, and had a love/hate relationship with the character played by Steve. Pretty sure it was multichapter. I didn't get very far before the second crash, so that's all I've got except there were social media messages embedded in the fic.
