OMG, Luca is 2.5 weeks old. Still can’t believe he’s here and all mine! I made this kid! We just had a 2 week checkup with his pediatrician and he’s growing on track and doing all the normal baby things! He’s .75 inch taller!!! That’s too much!! 😭😭 Happy to report that we haven’t failed at this parenting thing yet... so far! We’ve finally got some sort of routine down with his schedule even though it’s always off by a couple hours here and there. Slowly but surely I’m starting to also be able to determine the difference between his poopy cry and his “I’m hungry” cry. I said I’d give myself a week and then get back to work but now it’s two weeks in and I am finally getting to emails and planning with my couples. I didn’t know how exhausting it would be to be up every 2-3 hours to feed and change the little guy. Thankful for my understanding clients and so thankful for my sister who’s generously synced her calendar with mine so she’d be able to fill in as Super Babysitting Aunty, once my season starts!
