In the making: both the flowers and me! It’s interesting how the desire to start a creative business against the odds is about more than just starting a business. For me it’s has been more of a means to finding myself. Every challenge, every fail and every win have all been life lessons about me personally. I confess, I’ve been afraid of a lot of things along the way. It hasn’t been easy to recognize those fears and do things anyway. Many times I felt like I totally sucked the whole time. Sometimes, I still get that feeling of “what’s the point of putting myself through this?”. And then I remember there is a lesson in all this. There is growth in this. And I want to grow and become more. If you want to learn something about yourself? Start something. All of your fears will come to the surface, right where you can see them and right where you can beat them. You just need to have the courage to face the things that scare you most. I have people asking me since 2005 until now, they asked, “Hi Joanna, are you still a coach? How can you be still doing it until now & not get bored?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My obvious answer. I love the mission of always advising & helping people to be fitter, healthier, energetic & younger again¹⁰⁰⁰⁰⁰⁰, besides that it’s also been a win-win situation whereby no one else can deny that I feel, look & am fitter than I was during my 20s, despite me now having the “4-series” age just around the corner 😆 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do I have the time to be a happy trainer, dedicated coach, happy wife & happy mommy? Of course! I’m only spending probably 1~2 hr/day for our mission, love my freedom as a full time mommy, working from home or from anywhere, earning more than many of those with a full time job. So why not? Having something to do that doesn’t interfere with my other tasks & activities. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why is it great? What we’ve learnt so far?
