I would suggest picking a book that sounds interesting and using the footnotes and bibliography to find more to read. I've done that a lot :) a lot of my books have more sticky tabs or w/e in the bibliography than in the text so I don't lose stuff I'm interested in.

Obowiązek szczepień opiekunów tylko pogorszył sytuację, ponieważ personel, zaszczepiony lub nie, nie docenił tego wymuszenia zgody, podczas gdy widzi poważne skutki uboczne w mediach i u was wszystkich. Ich zawieszenie tylko pogłębia trudności w rekrutacji personelu, zagrażając funkcjonowaniu szpitali poprzez zwiększenie liczby pustyń medycznych.

UZASADNIENIE

Szanowni Państwo,

Już w lipcu ubiegłego roku socjalistyczni parlamentarzyści opowiadali się za progresywnym obowiązkiem powszechnego szczepienia dla wszystkich (z wyjątkiem przeciwwskazań medycznych), w podejściu do zdrowia publicznego mającym na celu uzyskanie zbiorowej ochrony, jedynego sposobu zagwarantowania powrotu do normalnego codziennego życia dla wszystkich z powodu różnych wariantów w obiegu.

Cel tej zbiorowej ochrony całego społeczeństwa, w stanie naszej wiedzy naukowej i medycznej, może zostać osiągnięty poprzez uogólniony obowiązek szczepień (chyba że jest to przeciwwskazane medycznie).

Wierzymy w naukę, badania oraz postęp medyczny i społeczny, który przynosi korzyści wszystkim.

Mamy szczęście korzystać ze szczepionek, które wspólnie chronią nas i pozwalają nam ponownie połączyć się z pokojowym życiem codziennym, ograniczyć ograniczenia i pozbawienia wolności, położyć kres sytuacji, którą znamy od zbyt dawna, złożonej z obaw o nasze rodziny, o naszą pracę, o edukację naszych młodych ludzi.

Obowiązek szczepień został uchwalony we Francji po raz pierwszy w 1902 roku i umożliwił wyeliminowanie wielu chorób i ochronę wielu naszych dzieci. Obowiązek szczepienia jest kamieniem węgielnym wspólnego interesu: angażując wszystkich, chronimy wszystkich, wszędzie na terytorium kraju i we wszystkich domach. Opierała się na zasadach, które były jasne, przejrzyste, demokratyczne i stosowane do wszystkich.

Powszechne szczepienie jest również jedynym rozwiązaniem, które zmniejsza nierówności społeczne i terytorialne w dostępie do szczepień. W końcu rozpocznie dużą kampanię informacyjną i uświadamiającą, aby dotrzeć do nieszczepionych Francuzów. Jest to również gest odpowiedzialności i solidarności wobec naszych opiekunów, zaangażowanych ze wszystkich sił w tę bitwę, której końca nie widzą już końca i wsparcia dla naszych podmiotów gospodarczych ciężko dotkniętych ograniczeniami zdrowotnymi.

Przede wszystkim zauważamy, że kilka instytucji w dziedzinie nauki i medycyny już opowiedziało się za powszechnym obowiązkiem szczepień. Dotyczy to w szczególności Narodowej Akademii Medycznej, 19 lipca, w dniu przedstawienia Radzie Ministrów ustawy nr 2021-1040 z dnia 5 sierpnia 2021 r. w sprawie zarządzania kryzysem zdrowotnym. Należy również przypomnieć, że Akademia publicznie opowiedziała się za noszeniem maski już w kwietniu 2020 r., kiedy rząd nadal utrzymywał, że maska jest bezużyteczna dla ochrony ogółu ludności.

Tak więc, w obliczu szybkiego wzrostu częstości występowania infekcji z powodu różnych wariantów, National Academy of Medicine zaleciła:

"– w celuwzmocnienia informacji na temat zasady dobrowolnej izolacji i możliwości zakwaterowania osób, które nie mogą izolować się w domu;

– zachęcać wszystkie osoby, które uzyskały pozytywny wynik testu, do samoizolacji przez 10 dni, przypominając im o ryzyku zanieczyszczenia, na które narażają swoje otoczenie;

– wprowadzenie obowiązkowego tylko jednego środka: szczepienia przeciwko Covid-19 wszystkich Francuzów w wieku 12 lat i starszych ».

Od tego czasu Indie Zachodnie zapłaciły wysoką cenę za pandemię ze względu na niski wskaźnik szczepień populacji. Gwadelupa i Martynika zostały również zmuszone do ponownego zamknięcia i godziny policyjnej. Usługi szpitalne w Polinezji są nadal nasycone, a liczba hospitalizacji stale rośnie.

Dlatego utrzymujemy, że szczepienie przeciwko Covid-19 wszystkich Francuzów jest jedyną publiczną decyzją, która:

– Chroni zdrowie i wolność własną, ale także innych;

– odpowiada jasnemu podejściu do zdrowia publicznego, opartemu na naszej wiedzy medycznej i naukowej;

– Stanowi podejście do walki z nierównościami terytorialnymi i społecznymi, ponieważ stwarza obowiązek państwa dotarcia do społeczeństwa najbardziej oddalonego od szczepień;

– unika "przejścia w kierunku praktyk ogólnej inwigilacji społecznej" wskazanych przez Rzecznika Praw Obywatelskich oraz rozszerzenia karnetu zdrowotnego na wszystkie gesty życia codziennego, które naruszają swobody wynikające z przepustki zdrowotnej;

– Zwolnienie z przekształcania specjalistów przyjmujących społeczeństwo w agentów bezpieczeństwa zdrowia.

Obowiązkowe szczepienia są do tej pory jedynym sposobem, aby wyjść z polityki bezpieczeństwa zdrowotnego i ostatecznie wejść w jasno przyjętą politykę zdrowia publicznego. Jest to przejaw prymatu interesu ogólnego nad pokusami indywidualistycznymi, jasności w obliczu ukrytego obowiązku, jaki stanowi przepustka zdrowotna, równości wobec "każdego dla siebie", solidarności w obliczu egoizmu. Wybór rządu był wyborem domyślnym i odrzuconym, co odwiązało go od odpowiedzialności.

Brak zastosowania art. 76 III ma na celu po prostu uczynienie projektu ustawy finansowo dopuszczalnym i nie ma na celu zmniejszenia zakresu tej ustawy medycznej przez zabezpieczenie społeczne. »

Die Kontextualisierung von Macht und sozialen Positionierungen sowie die Situiertheit von Wissen sind zentrale Erkenntnisse, die wir in den Kindheitswissenschaften u.a. durch Sie verstehen lernen durften. Engagierte Helfer in der Krise

Regensburg - Corona hat vieles in die Knie gezwungen. Auch die Tafeln. Fast jede zweite Einrichtung in Bayern ist geschlossen. Nicht in Regensburg. Hier halten junge Menschen, meist Studenten, den Betrieb am Laufen Von Mario Hahn Vor Corona leisteten bei den Tafeln zumeist Senioren den wertvollen Dienst und verteilten ehrenamtlich Lebensmittel an notleidende Menschen. Seit Corona können sie das nicht mehr leisten. „Die meisten sind über 60 Jahre, haben Vorerkrankungen. Für sie kann eine Infektion sehr gefährlich werden“, so Peter Zilles, Vorstandsvorsitzender Tafel Bayern.

Peter Zilles, Vorsitzender der Tafel Bayern Foto: Tafel Bayern Die Folge: Von den rund 160 Tafeln im Freistaat geht die Hälfte nicht mehr dem regulären Betrieb nach. In Cham etwa oder Bad Kötzting. Mancherorts, wie in Bayreuth, läuft nur noch ein Notfallprogramm. Gerhard Fischer kennt die Situation aus eigener Erfahrung. „Etwa 80 Prozent unserer Stammkräfte haben sich zurückgezogen. Wegen des Coronavirus sind alle vorsichtig. Das ist verständlich“, berichtet der zweite Vorsitzende der Regensburger Tafel. Auch der Einrichtung in der Liebigstraße drohte die Schließung. Bis man auf der sozialen Plattform Facebook aktiv wurde. „Die Resonanz auf unseren Post war sensationell.“ Fischer ist heute noch sprachlos. Binnen kürzester Zeit haben sich mehr als 200 junge Menschen, zumeist Studenten, die aktuell aufgrund der politisch verordneten Zwangspause viel Freizeit haben, gemeldet. Sie alle wollten helfen und für die Älteren einspringen. Aktuell leisten etwa 15 junge Menschen ihren Dienst. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die notleidenden Menschen, die auf die Tafel angewiesen sind, nicht vor verschlossenen Türen stehen. „Sie sind engagiert und verrichten sehr gute Arbeit. Ein Segen.“ Was vor Corona die Älteren machten, machen nun die Jüngeren. Nur - wie lange noch? Irgendwann ruft wieder die Uni. Und dann, wenn die Jüngeren weg sind? Die Älteren werden wohl kaum wieder zurückkommen. Das könnte zum großen Problem werden. Tafel-Landeschef Zilles erwartet nach Corona einen „sehr starken Zustrom an Neukunden“, ähnlich wie bei der Flüchtlingskrise. „Wir sehen aktuell in Ostdeutschland - dort sind die Ausgangsbeschränkungen nicht so streng - dass viele, die in Kurzarbeit sind, zu den Tafeln kommen.“ Zilles betont deshalb: „Wir sind auf jede Hilfe angewiesen. Auf jede!“  

Alexander Wimmer (li.) und Hans Hetzenecker unterstützen die Regensburger Tafel Die Regensburger Tafel unterstützen ■ Corona hat bei der Tafel in Regensburg nicht nur das Personal verjüngt, auch die Kundenzahl. „Früher waren es bis zu 180 Bedürftige pro Tag, heute sind es maximal 100“, so Fischer. ■ Die Regensburger Tafel ist aktuell gut mit Lebensmitteln versorgt (was sich auch wieder ändern kann). Hilfe brauchts dennoch. ■ Die monatlichen Unkosten (Miete, Nebenkosten, Fuhrpark... ) liegen bei über 6.500 Euro“, sagt Gerhard Fischer. ■ Wer helfen will, kann das mit einer Patenschaft tun. ZAHLEN & FAKTEN

Die deutschen Tafeln, das sind: ca. 940 Tafeln mit mehr als 2.100 Tafel-Läden und Ausgabestellen bundesweit (Gründung der ersten Tafel 1993 in Berlin) knapp die Hälfte eigenständige e.V.s, gut die Hälfte Projekte in Trägerschaft der verschiedensten gemeinnützigen Organisationen ca. 60.000 ehrenamtliche Helferinnen und Helfer über 2.000 Fahrzeuge im Einsatz; davon haben ca. 59% eine Kühl-und ca. 7,5% eine Tiefkühlfunktion Dachverband der Tafeln ist die Tafel Deutschland e.V., gegründet 1995.   Im Bundesland Bayern gibt es: 169 Tafeln ca. 7.000 ehrenamtliche Helferinnen und Helfer es werden ca. 40.000 Tonnen Lebensmittel gerettet und weit über 200.000 bedürftige Menschen unterstützt in Nordbayern gibt es die Logistikverteilzentrale für Lebensmittel bayernweit gibt es 5 weitere Logistikverteilstellen 1-2 weitere Logistikverteilstellen sind in Planung.   Die deutschen Tafeln unterstützen regelmäßig bis zu 1,5 Millionen bedürftige Personen, davon: 23% Kinder und Jugendliche, 53% Erwachsene im erwerbsfähigen Alter (v.a. ALG-II- bzw. Sozialgeld-Empfänger, Spätaussiedler und Migranten) ca. 24% Rentner.   Aktuelle Entwicklungen: Die Zahl der Tafeln und der unterstützten Personen ist in den letzten Jahren stetig gestiegen. Die Menge der gespendeten Lebensmittel ist tendenziell steigend, aber nicht in der Geschwindigkeit, in der die Nachfrage steigt. Mit Sorge beobachten die Tafeln vor allem die weiterhin hohe Anzahl der bedürftigen Kinder und Jugendlichen. Viele bieten inzwischen eigene Kinder- und Jugendprojekte an. Es ist in naher Zukunft mit einer steigenden Zahl von Rentnern zu rechnen. Das Spendenaufkommen variiert regional stark. Ehrenamtliche engagieren sich verstärkt für die Tafeln.
