Summary of my 7.5km run on Sunday morning, as you can see, 6 personal bests achieved, so I now have a benchmark to compare my future efforts against, on both 5km as well as 7.5km beach runs. I’m seriously considering doing a half-marathon or a 7km in next years’ Gold Coast Marathon, now I don’t have a girlfriend anymore telling me all the things I should not do. Hooray! Got my 1st Diploma in Photoshop through the #shawacademy yesterday, this is an AWESOME way to learn new skills and gain qualifications towards the career of my dream. Looking forward to starting the ADVANCED Photoshop Course next week, so far, I’ve learnt the basics of Photoshop (CC2018), as you can see from the other photo, I’ve splurged $500 on a graphics tablet, which really enhances your Photoshop abilities, and thanks to what I’ve learnt at Shaw Academy, I was able to paint this cartoonized picture of the most beautiful woman in the world. I feel like I’m Leonardo De Vinci when he painted the Mona Lisa, the most beautiful woman in his world, apparently it took him four (4) years to paint the amazing Mona Lisa, took me about 35 minutes to paint the amazing Monique Swift, and another 20 minutes to perfect Miss amazing.... I look into her eyes and drift away into a completely different world, I wonder if that’s the heaven they talk about in the bible? Must be darn close I say.... A little 3.1km beach run with a difference, some HIIT splits to set a few personal records this morning, still a bit sore from yesterday’s 5km morning run and the 23km bike ride to Burleigh and back, but more than happy with my performance this morning.
