has anyone written orca kyo and fisherman tan? if not then im going to cook it up and serve!

tan is a strong swimmer right, and he was out fishing early one morning, but there was A Storm!

so his little boat flipped and he couldnt swim up!!

he almost drowned, but kyo saved him! bc he was hungry af and tan is an A++ meal right there

kyo brings tan to his little cave, and bc tan is still skinny based on his standards, kyo thinks he should raise him and fatten him up a little before feasting on him

and and, ppl were worried about tan's disappearance—they had told him not to venture out too far in the ocean bc it was the orcas territory + it gets super stormy in that area

ofc tan still goes there to fish bc there's Not Enough Fish in the safe zones nearer to the shore

something something, tan wakes up and is like, hello thanks for saving my life, *sees the flapping orca tail behind kyo and realises he's probably going to be the orcas meal*

tan: oh dear. well. please make it painless, orca-san 🥺🥺🥺

kyo: 🧐🧐

kyo grabs a fish from his stockpile and tosses it towards tan, tells him to eat

tan: ????

anyways, as time passes, kyo starts to find tan endearing, and a different sort of hunger builds in him, something feral, something carnal

he begins to avoid tan (spends most of his time in the ocean) when he almost pounced on him late one night, catching himself before he devoured tan

tan wonders why kyo is avoiding him all of a sudden, pokes kyo incessantly, even diving into the waters to try and find him.

the currents sweep him aside and kyo has to drag his cold, shivering body back to the cave.

tan coughs and sputters when kyo pins him down, trying to warm him + growling at tan for doing something so stupid

its an emotional moment—kyo blurts out something akin to a confession

*theyre kinda dumb so picture something like the iconic mononoke hime moment here*

kyo: *hovering on top of tan*

tan: you're hot

kyo: O////O
