Hi, sorry to bother you but I was hoping you might be able to give some advice. I saw you made a wolfpack mod for monster prom before. I made a wolfpack mod yesterday but I can't figure out how to change the workshop thumbnail image? Would you be able to show me how? Thanks for any help :)

So, you will go into the Monster Prom Mod Tool: Create Mods: Go to your Mod: Click Publish: Click the icon in the upper right [See video below]: and you can update your mod after that.

Let me know what mod it is so I can play it!

I’m not sure if you have played any Monster Prom Mods but if you have which romantic interest/route would Vicky go for?

Do you think she would be interested in taking a vacation to Heaven with Vera, Polly, and Damien with the Tickets to Heaven route, join the Mina, Polly, and Damien on their quest for the ultimate drink with the F.o.F route, or would she would help Brynn in becoming student council president?

I have played the mods! I also recommend the Vicky prom queen mod by @segasister!

But I think she would go for the tickets to heaven mod, when Vera confirms that they’re real she kind of has a short existential crisis.

“I thought I already was in the afterlife!?”

But she gets over it, is interested in what eternal peace looks like, and hops on board, trying to get Vera, Polly, and Damien to heaven. It's not every day a demon, gorgon, ghost, and reanimated corpse get to go to heaven!

(Vicky takes a glitter pen and writes "F*ck Gordon" on Damien's tattoo.)

She's a little shocked to be standing at the golden, but Polly tugs her in, and the next thing she knows, her blood is wine, and she's dancing in the middle of Damien and Vera in the middle of a kickass rave.

At the end of the route, when they're all home, Vicky jokingly says, "I see why people strive to go to heaven. Maybe I need to clean up my act."

Damien ruffles her hair, "keep dreaming, dork. If you ever go to the grave for real this time, I'm snatching your soul."

"That is," Vera begins, "if she doesn't sell it to me first."

Polly chimes in, "No way! She's becoming a ghost, so this school has two hot poltergeists!"

The(3)main player characters

Aka my main monster prom OC and his friends along with their drinks to help describe their personalities or aesthetics

First Sparkles Glowbright,ex-prince of Villa of Monocerotem, a very magical adept White Unicorn

Sparkles is my main monster prom oc. He's calm, collected, and goes with the flow(Yes, like Brian.)Unlike Brian, he's more energetic, he enjoys dancing, walking, and magic tricks with physical requirements. He's also much more thoughtful than most of the monsters in Spooky High, resorting to murder less, more education-focused, and less sexually interested preferring to take it slow. Sparkles, despite(hopefully)what a lot of future art shows isn't actually in Spooky Academy, his reason for being there along with his actual school is to be discussed later for his backstory.

Next is Draco Lung, the son of a Western fire dragon and an Eastern lightning dragon(also the brother of an Eastern water dragon).

Draco, short for Draconic, is a stereotypical greedy dragon, he doesn't steal damsels and force them to marry him as he finds that sexist and weird. Unlike Vera, Draco is lazy, stealing from shops, kingdoms, and even fountains for his fix of money obsession. (Hell, that last one was how he met Sparkles in the first place.)Another example of his laziness is his obsession with sleeping, likely due to the energy of being such a huge beast. While he isn't a complete jackass he's rude and just as quick to violence as several monsters threatening to fight someone if they annoy him enough.

Next up is Feng Xuang, a FENGHUANG not a PHOENIX or a VERMILION BIRD

Feng is the one I have the least plot thought out for. He likes astrology and astronomy due to the real-life monster corresponding to Celestial bodies and beings. He's obsessed with fire, not like just an arsonist, he likes playing with it, eating it, looking at it. Fenghuang mating rituals have two Fenghuangs doing a mating dance of death that combines both parents' personalities into one egg making Feng an orphan. He hates to be referred to as other similar mythical bird species. He's cheery and upbeat but a general everyman who enjoys preppy culture.

Last but not least, Mh'athra.Deity of Sacred Secrecy and darkness

Mh'athra is technically canon, but I'm giving her a non-canon design. Sparkles became a mortal contact for Mh'athra when he snuck into one of the cult headquarters on his way to Monstropolis and read a book that allowed it to come into the monster realm with his magic. Mh'athra is an asshole, she’s extremely dismissive of Zoe and her choice of becoming part of mortal kind, like the carnival mirror event, unlike the mirror event Mh'athra is actively cruel and even dead names Zoe while alternate Z'gord is dismissive but tries to talk her into rejoining her "purpose." While it's evil, it's not actively malicious, not currently into recreating the Nothingness.

This was originally gonna be a part of a #SixFanarts challenge where I draw 6 characters I’ve never drawn before but I didn’t like that I completely copied the poses of all the characters I chose, and I want to be more original when I do that challenge because I think it’s really cool ...and I need practice doing original compositions anyways. (I even color picked directly from the game and oh my gosh what even is color theory, like why is his skin purple here?)

But yeah here’s Cove from “Our Life: Beginnings and Always!”

Definitely my favorite visual novel. I chose this scene because even though it’s the very first scene with Cove it’s still one of my favorites. I’ve been a neurodivergent kid out on a hill in my neighborhood just like this and I resonated so hard with Cove from the very beginning.

I never talked about the game on the blog because I went to make a post about it after my original playthrough and it ended up being a huge rambly mess. Then when all the DLC came out I replayed it again and got to marry Cove and it was perfect and went to post about it again, and that one was even longer somehow. So just know I super love Our Life and I’m very excited for the sequel.

Though I probably won’t be playing the Our Life 1 non-Cove DLC content when it comes out because I love Seaweed Babe too much. Like you give me this entire super fulfilling life with Cove and I get to marry him at the end, then you expect me to play through it again, see the precious lad, and not get swept back up into loving him all over again, like how?

As a part of my continued effort to be a video game character, I quickly dove into Monster Prom’s modtools and made a quick event where you can say hi to me in the cafeteria. It’s nothing much but I still enjoyed making it and being in-universe.

I’ve really enjoyed the SandD tier content started by lighthouseraiders on TikTok. I’ve been kind of busy doing animations and the Colostle journal stuff so I didn’t finish these but I still really enjoyed making it.

Huge thanks to jdstorm and nerdicorn_the_shipper (also on TikTok), their SandDtier cosplays were the main inspirations I used for these sketches.

I really would’ve liked to do more with them but maybe later I guess.

I’ve been playing through this throuple mod for monster prom, it’s really sweet and fluffy! The idea of these two asking out vicky is really cute, especially picturing her standing in shock while blushing.

hear me out on this, hear me out

so friday night funkin is quite easy to mod (vs nonsense was made by an animator with no modding experience!) thanks to being open source, that fact giving birth to its huge-ass modding community.

monster prom is another charming but chaotic game that's easy to mod, as it has a built-in modtool that simply allows you to plop in your image files and write dialogue n shit nice and quick.

the idea i have here? a funkin mod about monprom and a monprom mod about fnf, made to go together.

the real issue with this idea here would be the fact that monprom isn't free...

now here's a loose story i made up on the spot for the monster prom side of this (i'll add the fnf side when i come up with one lmao) but it could be anything (probably):

chronologically, the monprom mod comes first because monster prom takes place in highschool (though the characters are all canonically 18+ so shit can get spicy), while fnf takes place after bf dropped out of college. what happens here is that bf and gf aren't a thing yet, and you gotta put aside your own desperacy to get a prom date so you can help bf ask that hot demon girl gf out! perhaps in the route...

gf is often found hanging out with damien as both are demons, and this makes bf worry

either bf is nervous because he's a human at a school of monsters, or he's not bc he's canonically too dumb to recognize danger and/or a headcanon that he's not human

if the hc is the one about him being an angel, that makes him doubly unsure about asking gf out because an angel and a demon on a prom date?? ohh the authorities arent gonna like that

tickets to heaven mod raphael cameo if we go with the angel bf thing? idk maybe raphael calls him in the middle of the route and he has to dip (and it's only vaguely implied that it's raphael), while you're left to try and make gf think positively of bf

good ending, bf gets gf to say yes by impressing her with fingerboard tricks as a nod to that one trivia bit

good ending 2, you join them because polyamory is valid :)

bad but not really bad ending, you've accidentally convinced gf that you're the cooler one and end up stealing bf's girl lmaooo

bad but not really bad ending 2, you fail to get bf with gf but ask him out and he says yes :)

actual bad ending, you ask out bf like in the last one but he says no instead :(

idk how many endings you can put in a monprom mod these are just ideas i'm shitting out left and right

now, all monster prom endings that aren't the main ones and certain secret ones are kicked off by buying something in the shop, so here's some ideas for what those could be:

bf's mic. valerie found it and instead of turning it in to lost and found she decided to make some quick cash. bf catches you with it and that's how you meet

a "how to charm demons" book, for obvious reasons. item description is smth like "you don't really need this since you've probably seen damien's endings at least thirty times, but maybe you'll find someone who will!"
