So I started playing clangen and this is how my clan (swiftclan) is going right now.

-the first leader drops dead within a few moons of leadership

-the first deputy dies at the same exact time

-there's a mass die off, making the clan really small

-incest runs rampant

-had to bring in some loners and kittypets to expand the Gene pool

-one loner ends up making three entire generations orange cat majority

-said loner ends up mates with her grandson

-third leader lives like 17 years, waiting for her first deputy to retire before just dying off.

-that leader was a loner who came in to expand the Gene pool

-that leader is also the reason for the orange cat majority dying out.

-one cat decides to become ferncloud and pops out kits like a vending machine.

-one of these kits becomes a bloodthirsty murderer who is on a path to becoming deputy and may end up murdering the current deputy.

-one cat I really wanted to survive because they looked cool fucking died.

Morningpath - 55 moons - Medicine cat - Rippleclan

-Morning- was for her light-colored fur. -path was a reference to her changing her clan early on in her life, therefor changing her “path”.

-Morningpath was born in Gorseclan with her brother, Sneezetuft. They were half clan cats, with their father being in Rippleclan.

- She changed to Rippleclan early in her life, due to conflicts with her mentor. Once she arrived, Snakestar decided she should become a medicine cat, as the clan didn't have any kittens and the medicine cat was getting old.

-Morningpath isn’t an easy cat to get along with and can be quite snarky. She has some warrior training due to her time in Gorseclan, and will sometimes try to hunt when she’s not needed. 

-She’s a hard mentor on Petalpaw.

Beenose - 20 moons - She-cat - Rippleclan

-Bee after her yellow-brown coloring. Nose for her sharp senses.

-Beenose is a playful young warrior, always messing around. She is almost never focused on a task, unless it’s a moment of life or death.

-She is often found sneaking around the borders. Many cats are suspicious that she has relations outside of the clan.

- A few moons ago Shadefall and her got stuck in a fire a bit out of the territory when trying to get some herbs for the medicine cat. When Morningpath panicked, Beenose was quick to get them out of danger. Snakestar was impressed, and promised her an apprentice soon.

Sneezetuft - 55 moons - Tom - Gorseclan

-Sneezetuft was a lonely sort, especially after his sister, Morningpath, left the clan shortly after becoming apprentices. He wasn’t the most well-regarded cat, due to being half Rippleclan.

-He generally kept to himself as an apprentice, choosing not to bring attention to anything he did. He did, however, have a good relationship with his half-sister,  Shrewgaze.

-He was named Sneezekit because he became ill with Greencough shortly after being born, but Needlewhisker was able to cure him after diligence. He was named -tuft due to his fluffy tufts on his ears, and his lack of clearly defined skills. 

-He can be quite goofy, and gets along great with young cats.

-Sneezetuft is actually quite friendly with cats of other clans, which leads to his clanmates being suspicious of him often 

-He grew close to Runningwhisper as warriors, and they ended up accidentally having kits. He’s quite involved with the kits regardless.

Shrewstar - She-cat - Gorseclan - 82 moons 

-Shrewstar tends to be a silent and strong leader. She prefers not to stick her nose in other clans business, and is also generally unlikely to help them unless necessary. 

-Her warrior name was Shrewgaze, due to her analytic mind and watchful eye.

-She’s surprisingly willing to help outsiders of the clan, viewing it as an investment that may pay out later. 

-She has a complicated relationship with her sister, Deerpath, who she used to be much more close to in youth, but grew distant to after Deerpath went on a journey, abandoning the clans for 20 moons. 

-She’s half siblings with Sneezetuft and Morningpath, who she regards fondly.  

-She’s relatively short, which is quite uncommon for her clan.

eRippleClan

Rippleclan is a small clan in the eastern side of the clan’s territories. It consists mostly of grasslands and marsh. There are many small rivers and bodies of water, just small enough to allow trained warriors to jump over without too much issue, aside from the large river that encloses the camp. The clan tends to have more muscular back legs, built to jump over these gaps in dry land. They tend to hunt fish, frogs, and water voles.
