i think the thing i'm most disappointed about with riordanverse fandom now versus like 2014 is not only has the fandom not gotten any less racist or queerphobic or ableist (in fact in some regards its gotten worse!) but now it's just boring too. like there's no fandom infrastructure anymore - the community these days is almost entirely source material-driven - and you deviate from canon even slightly people get weird about it. whatever happened to the post-HoO fanon boom. the fandom needs to get weirder again. and self-sufficient. and less offensive.

I’m a bit late to party about this guy since my friend, @regularassgrass has already been making drawings and stuff of him on their page. But life has been hectic with me getting a job and all other crazy stuff I’ve been trying to work on, including the blog rebrand. Respectfully, listening to audio RP isn't the most cringe thing you could do-nevermind that cringe is dead and that's just society being a dick but for the sake of it, let's say cringe is real, right (because it's one thing to say cringe is dead and it's another to know it)

Do you know that people watch other people play games instead of just playing the game? They sit and absorb the personality of another person and watch them play games instead of going and playing it themselves and feeling that themselves. Sounds familiar right?

Some people actually spend their time collecting things which might not have any value in the eyes of society, like that hobby may never actually be monetizable and there will probably never be a collective value for their collection but they do it anyway, wid right?

Ya wanna know what's like even weirder? Now some people-get this-some people read smut and even write it, ya know like they actually do that for fun. Instead of hooking up with people or like actually just doing other things with their time-

You all see my point, right? Listening to Audio RP, listening to BF ASMR, listening to anything like that is a hobby that you do for fun, it's not meant to be something that determines your worth or your morality or your character or even how socially acceptable you are because it's what you like to do for fun. Your fun does not need to be judged for points or say something worthwhile about you because you are doing it to enjoy yourself and the things you like. Don't let other people rob you of that
