it’s so funny the whole assault on phyrexian team did net zero changes to norn’s plans, it even probably helped her!

this looks an awful lot like a 1R {T}: add R mana rock, which is an incredible rate if you have enough artifacts to float it, plus it will randomly hasten artifact creatures for you. im not particularly inspired by the back half's activated ability, but if you're using this as a ramp card you get it basically for free, so im not complaining.

this is also particularly strong with effects like scrap mastery where a lot of artifacts hitting the field at the same time can translate into a big haste swing.
