I adopted a cat on Friday and I’m completely emotionally bound to this creature already. I’ve been home all weekend to help her settle in, and my phone is heading towards becoming 25% cat pictures by volume. I’ve moved furniture so that she can more easily access and sit on every windowsill in the apartment. Just now I turned to her on the couch and asked her what kind of movie she was in the mood for, even though she is a cat and does not know what media is. Her name is Perilla Pickle (Pickle being the name given to her by her foster parents when they found her) and she is the most perfect animal in the world.

I am curious and if it isn't too much to ask for, why did your grandpa decide to stay after stopping? your great uncle from disgracing the family?

Well, it wasn't meant to be a short visit or anything - my grandfather came over here with his wife and son (my uncle) basically at his mother's behest to keep an eye on his brother. (His brother had been sent here for supposed financial prospects but also an arranged marriage, which was an unhappy one, and the reason he needed an eye kept on him.) I think the original idea was that my grandparents might stay for a few years, but there was never a fixed return date. And then my father was born here, and they wound up staying longer than they anticipated, and then my grandfather died when my dad was thirteen.

My uncle did end up going back to Italy for dental school and married an Italian woman and stayed there, and my grandmother moved back in the late 90's.

I'm glad you liked the little Chapter 2 sweater Seb!! That was the last thing I drew, because I couldn't stop thinking about him in Mark's oversized sweater(also conveniently hiding the plaid I didn't wanna draw again), and of course I had to add cat ears 🤭 It's fun to draw the chibis because I scribble that kind of thing every day so I dont have to think too much lolol, I wish I could've drawn more little direct references!

I couldn't help but have Seb show a little bit of midriff in the Chp 1 drawing, this is incredibly specific but, there's that vid of him from Australia 2011 with the sheep, right? And when he's bending over, his shirt is riding up and the top of his boxers are poking out, and that's been stuck in my head for weeks, so I absolutely had to include that(especially since he always wore such baggy pants) I agree with NAYQ!Mark calling them the ugliest shorts ever, I had a bunch of ref pics of his real-life shorts and I'm just like god...you're so right...who let him wear those so often...

With that Chp 3 one, I have to say, even though I've now drawn it, I still can't stop envisioning his outfit as this outfit from that one post-2010 press conference:

I'd hopefully like to draw nayq!Mark at some point? I just haven't drawn men in so long.....but like I said in the tags, it's a lot easier to draw when there's descriptions available!!! Because I tend to deliberate so much over drawing, but your writing inspired me so much!!

i haven't been posting any bollywood stuff these past few months because they've been hard. during the three weeks, my mom's cat Mina died from flea induced anemia (which was upsetting because it happened while i was trying to remove fleas from her) and then we euthanized our cat Catie in mid-august because of her deteriorating health. after that, my fall semester started and i was swamped with work (particularly from the database course), but now it's over and i'll probably start posting again soon.

Okay, so these two FNAF animatronic designs I made are the same character. The one on the left is from a fictional line I made up called the Kawaii line, and the one on the right is a Glamrock design.

She's gone through two name changes since I first came up with her. The name I last settled on was Cassie, but then the FNAF Ruin DLC came out and introduced Cassie the human, so... my cat animatronic needs a new name.

Does anyone have any suggestions as far as naming this girl? I can't think of a good one!

You know what, I'm just gonna name her Catie (pronounced like Katie or Katy).

❦. i see them as being college kids w their academy selves

❦. catalina is always really pushing herself in her studies, maybe she would even be double majored so she ends up doing LONG study sessions in the library

❦. claude is there to check up on her though ofc, ryan put the idea in my head that he would come see her in the library between classes to give her food and a kiss and it rotates in my mind CONSTANTLY

❦. claude’s always posting cati on his socials, ppl are kind of sick of it but they’re too cute for them to say anything

❦. BUILD LEGO FLOWER SETS TOGETHER.. not a doubt in my mind that they do that as a sleepover activity while watching a movie they take an hour to decide on

❦. i see claude as being involved in a lot of clubs maybe a leader of one (my gut says chess) and catalina always makes time in her busy schedule to show up at their events to support him!!

❦. they go on dates to the closest boba shop, especially when cati needs a break from her study sessions

❦. catalina gets the same drink every time while claude always tries something new (he lets catalina have a sip hoping she can widen her palette) + he gets a snack that they can share

❦. catalina insists that she pays but claude always seems to trick her into letting him do it, she always feels guilty but claude doesn’t care, he has the money to spend
