I wanted to draw a small comic-like thing of the episode Ruthless Ruth, from which I got Rusty's name. (Well, his Nick-name).But my hands are not working properly so my time drawing and creating is getting less and less.

During the song Listen up! the Captain is afraid he is too Rusty to sing, to which Shorty says; Your name ain't rusty, it's Captain"

And thus I named my OC Rusty. So a fake screencap could be like;

Shorty; "Your name ain't Rusty. It's his."

Then pointing to my guy in the background, who suddenly halts in what he was doing.

Now, this would require two things; A slight re-write of the episode, preferably then from Rusty's pov, and would need to change the timeline a bit, since Rusty isn't coming to Corona until sometime after Varians attack.

This also served as a selfstudy-session in learning more of the Artstyle of Tts, using masks and clippings and drawing a full (well almost full) fugure, since I don't often do that.

And then my idea was to draw in a silhouette at the endscene, which would be looking suspiciouly like Rapunzel, but it's not, it's Alice Moonstone, Rusty's future girlfriend. She is modelled after Rapunzel (there is a reason I promise) but she has black hair instead of blonde.

You can. Most certainly say part of me loving Michinaga this much is because clearly he is my type. I love characters who got messed up, and got motivated by revenge, especially if it gets MESSY messy about it. That's my JAM. I love them. Messier the better and whoo boy was Michinaga ever messy. And just. When he finally got his wish granted, he didn't even dirty his hands, he more like shoved both his arms deep into the mud to get it done, he... He wasn't kiling the riders Chirami threw at him. He wanted to keep Neon away from the DGP. He was even willing to work with Ace, when he realized they TRULY shared a goal now - ending the DGP. He tried to help Keiwa and bring Sara back. It was just us peeling away everything that was there all along, looking into what he really was like and god. God I love him so much. When he willingly became a monster for others' sake, and even in the end, he was never fighting for himself, he would have accepted death or endless misery, as long as he can help others escape it. I love him.

And another part is absolutely people giving me shit for liking him through his darkest points (how daaaare I like someone not fully morally right amirite I should only stan pure characters who never did anything wrong I guess), so I ended up doubling the fuck down. Fuck you. I will just love him more. And now he is one of my all time favourites. What the fuck.

To my very great surprise, all of Jamie's sprites I've done so far were accomplished in only a few hours last night, which is lightning speed for me, I tend to be very slow at art and especially at sprites.

It helps that I used an old pen drawing of mine for a base, but I quickly diverged from it, lmao, since I was trying to make it more anatomically accurate. This boy needs to look accurately bony and have a correct pointy freckleface and curl texture.

I really don't think he is as bad as people frame him to be. Yes, he did a lot of fucked up shit, but like. The way I got way more shit over liking him over liking OBJECTIVELY WORSE characters in Kamen Rider, hell even in GEATS I like worse characters than he is, but y'all are too busy foaming at your mouths because of what? That I like him? Who isn't even THAT bad as others I stan? Come on, try harder.
