The last two years of high school had been painfully slow. Sometimes, White wondered if it had been quite as painful for Tee as it had been for him. If he had also spent his time counting down the days, crossing them out one by one from his calendar, wishing time would move faster just for them.

PSA regarding ask memes

[I literally do not care about the "reblog karma" thing. A lot of the people I reblog from forbid non-RP blogs from interacting with them in terms of likes, sending asks, etc. so if they care they've probably just blocked me lmfao. And my main blog very much is not a roleplay blog, it's mostly me rambling about the 1987 Suicide Squad series as well as whatever else catches my fancy because I am physically incapable of shutting the fuck up. As it is, people don't really care enough to interact with me beyond the same like 3 people on Discord. So reblog whatever from me, I'm used to it and I genuinely do not give a damn.]

I love how my ship fics barely get any attention ever even though I’m super proud of some of them and yet my reader inserts get literally hundreds of notes and get kudos and likes almost daily in spite of how hard I’ve tried to get out from under them.  Like I’ve worked my ass off trying to rebuild myself as a canon writer but the reader insert legacy will never be dismantled.

Maybe I should just embrace it and go back to writing reader inserts.  Idek.  It is what it is.

If that’s how it’s going to be, that’s how it’s going to be.

I’m glad someone somewhere is enjoying my writing, at least.  That’s all that matters. 🥰🥰

a muse who interacts with everyone regardless of interest level (ie replying to all tweets all notifs all dms where quality of reply is different for everyone. some great some dry some u remember some u forget) OR a muse who interacts with some that are engaging and chem is there (ie answering to tweets notifs dms that naturally progress so sometimes certain threads get dropped or dms left unanswered bc uninspired to reply for whatever reason)

Sam stared nervously at the stairs that led to the Lord Commander's new quarters in the King's Tower. He had never liked dealing with the man directly. Jeor Mormont was a just leader, and Sam would be the first to defend his honor in an argument of course, but that didn't stop him from being frightened. Who in their right mind wouldn't be intimidated by the Lord Commander of the Night's Watch?

Most of the time, Sam could get by by passing whatever letters or messages to Jon when needed. This time, however, Maester Aemon had insisted he deliver this book to the Lord Commander's hand himself. That in itself was a grim omen, one that he was loathe to be the portent of.

Clearing his throat, he finally made his way up the old stairs, his nerves eating at him with each ascending step until finally he stopped just short of the door. After gathering his courage, he rapped his knuckles against the cold wood in front of him.

I'm not sure if it's cuz I'm burnt out with this muse or maybe it's my ADHD, but trust me I really try to get to my drafts when I have them. Although I don't have a lot since I tend to be selective these days, but whenever I have drafts I just don't have that much brainpower to do them.
