#<- guy who doesnt even have money for lessons#i cant help it. they speak siren songs to me#no i havent reached a even intermediate level understanding of any instruments ive played#(except vocals. but i never rlly know if that counts even if i do take some pride in my singing)#this is about dulcimers. my dad played appalachian and ive been researching folk music from eastern europe#bc i cant do a lot of the art my mom does (pysanky and embroidery and such) bc of my joints hating me#but music and dance i could maybe do?#my town doesnt have a huge slavic community so a lot of this is moot anyway but. a kid can dream
