all three designs were inspired by this old drawing i did of them. :o)

hollyleaf: general "wolf" shape and silhouette; her coat was colorpicked from my leafpool design's fur and then toned down. red undereye as a nod to the last hollyleaf design i did a few years ago, and colorpicked from my squirrelflight design. blue-toned shadows in honor of wayne macloughlin's hollyleaf design.

lionblaze: "firey" tufts of fur around his head. shares leafpool and jayfeather's stripe pattern. covered in scars post-TLH and his anime cat bangs thinned out with age. his design actually hasn't changed much from the last time i drew him other than some spruced-up stripe patterns

jayfeather: grew his hair out post-holly's death + began wearing a holly leaf in her honor. brown nose (colorpicked from leafpool) + tones once again in honor of wayne macloughlin's art. also inspired from moonkitti's "i spoil" sprite + his official warriors wiki sprite.

hollyleaf's design i picture as how she looked in omen of the stars pre-death (so i guess the design she would keep in starclan) while lionblaze's and jayfeather's are intended as more modern-era wc designs

i did the lineart for this traditionally then scanned it over to colour it digitally. these designs are a little outdated for me now because i drew this like before christmas, i wanna just design everyone and everything again and again and again yk

there really is nothing to say about a vision of shadows

design notes WOO woo

alderheart: base fur color was taken from my brambleclaw's base fur layered over my squirrelstar's base fur and then tinkering with the opacity until it looked nice. both have the same stripe patterns + chin highlight as squirrelstar, and alderheart in specific got her freckles.

sparkpelt: some inspo taken from nanistar and powderseas :). tried to lower the amount of white i draw her with so it stands out more. i don't have much to say about her design but i think i'm satisfied with it for now

neither of them changed a whole lot from the last time i drew them. for alderheart in specific, i think literally only his tail pattern changed, and all he got was an extra stripe
