The Gauntlet - The Gauntlet is a litmus test for anyone who wants to attempt to take me out on a date.

They must: Participate in an entire workout and beat one of my boxers in a sparring match.

Keep in mind, If the person is not successful in the sparring match/ Gauntlet, they are not booted out. They get to hang out and have dinner with my students and I at the gym. So far only one person has successfully won The Gauntlet.

The Gauntlet does not mean I am in an immediate relationship with that person OR = SEX. However, some people think that should be the case.

any advice for someone really struggling to make friends? like i can be friendly with people but i struggle to sustain friendships not bc people don’t like me but bc i’m so picky about what true friendship should feel like and i rarely find that 💌 (super okay if u don’t have an answer)

well first of all i wouldn’t be too upset abt being picky bc ultimately friendships should feel like being w someone u love and trust so making friends does take spending time w people ur friendly with and feeling it out but also realizing that to feel vulnerable w someone takes practice 🫂🌹

if you have some people in ur life u feel ok veing friendly towards, but don’t trust enough to be open with that’s ok but also worth asking urself why. is it something u feel they aren’t gonna be open to or are u reserved abt it? start being brave w the little stuff first like sharing interests and moving up from that (obvi w people h feel comfortable and safe around) and u might start building a friendship from that <333
