My heart breaks in countless pieces when I suddenly wake up at 1am or 2am with rapid heart beats. Can’t imagine me sleeping in a house without Siri next to my bedroom. She has occupied my whole being more than anything in this world. Siri has been giggling a lot these days. She giggles when she exercises, she smiles when we drive to Cloverdale. She wants me to talk about her ‘Pink House’ on the ranch. She wants me to talk about the ‘little house with the swing’. Her eyes lite up every time we enter either her house on the ranch or the new home. She wants to listen to all our conversations with the contractors and wants to know everything. She seem to be very focused in trying to understand. Today, when we were driving back home from Cloverdale, I told Siri who usually sits in the back. “Nana Siri I love you” she said “yes love you, I love you”. She repeats often. Then I asked “do you love mommy?” she said “yes yes love mommy”. I asked her “how much do you love mommy?” She showed two fingers ✌🏽 and said “I love too much”. A brand new behavior we saw today. Even though I feel sad(sometimes), I am happy to see my child wanting to move on. I have no doubt that she will thrive beyond our expectations.
