Hard Day

Today was a bad day, not all of it but most of it.

I woke up tired as if I hadn’t slept all night, My IBS is acting up a bit my anxiety is sky high. Just feels like I could literally cry over anything. Like you have a lot of weight on your shoulders.Just one of those days that you just want to lay in bed all day.

But you know what?

I am proud of myself I went for a shower and got dressed after my morning coffee, put the dishes away that was already washed, did some laundry and changed the bedding on the bed all before work. Even tough lets say I felt like crap I got up and did all those things. Although with this Pandemic I am working from home so that helps my anxiety a lot.

It might of been a bad day emotionally but you know what?

It’s not a bad life. Everyone has those days but we always get through them no matter what.

You matter / be positive surround yourself with people that cares and can help you.
