As Sakusa walked into the surprisingly clean locker room, he checked for anyone to be around. He normally does this due to his fear of germs. Happy to see that nobody is around, he starts opening up his locker.

7, 19, 39... He thinks. After all, he's done this several times, it's nothing new to him.

With a click, the lock opens. He removes the lock to gain access to the contents of the locker. The contents of his locker are minimal. He is a minimalist person after all. As he opens the locker door, he hears footsteps behind him. Annoyed at the presence of another person who assumes to be Atsumu, he opens his mouth.

"Atsumu, what did I tell you about walking in here while I'm here?" he annoyingly reminds who he thinks to be his teammate.

"Oh, I'm not Atsumu." An unfamiliar voice lets out with a low laugh.

Surprised at this unfamiliar voice, he turns around to be met with a shorter guy, around 5'7, wearing all black and a ski mask.

"Who even are yo-" Before Sakusa was even able to finish that sentence, he was hit by a blunt force object several times. Once in the side, once in the arm, once in the shoulder. and once almost in the head if he did not block the hit with his other arm.

At this point, Sakusa was on the ground, the hits were pretty hard as they left him in a lot of pain. The unknown figure stood there, chest high, and an evil grin; almost as if they are proud of what they'd done to him.

"Well, I must be off mister Sakusa! See you around!" The figure tells the now-grounded Sakusa as he flees the scene as if he was never there.

Sakusa stares at the door his attacker fled out of as he slowly blacks out.

This is Prince Jace Jacks of Mysticore!! He’s the another main Oc in ‘Beyond the Border’!!

He’s the second of two protagonists, and once again I have an older full body sketch of him too!!

As stated it’s older but shows off his outfit and hopefully conveys his royal status!! <3

Some aspects may look off or odd and that’s because when I originally designed Jace all his silver accents where gold, but I felt as though it made him look kinda funny and that the silver suits him much more!! Which did mean I had to change the hue and saturation of some parts of his clothing -3-

Entrapdak Positivity Month - Discovery

Gonna TW this for minor panic attack but it’s otherwise it’s the usual cute fluff

It was a day like any other with Entrapta and Hordak working away on yet another robotics project. He screwed in bolts while she checked over the plans on her Datapad.  

There was a little message beep from the Datapad and Entapta opened the incoming message. Her eyes skimmed the key words of “new discoveries”, “previous experience”, “most suited for the role” before landing on “Beast Island”.  She froze and finally read the whole message.  

She’d been invited by the Kingdom of Bright Moon to chart the wildlife and natural resources of Beast Island was a prospect most scientists never get considered for. The data alone was of course the best bit and those Discoveries would grant her unlimited respect from the Maker’s Guild and those snobs at Mysticor - so why was she shaking?  Sure last time she’d been there was certainly a …surprise, but that was before the Post Prime clean up.  

Beast Island was a much different place now, a much safer place where people went for their thrill seeking holidays.  While some simply spectated Huntara’s wrestling with the beasts. Nevertheless the island still had a vast section of unsafe uncharted land. 

She’d been so absorbed in her terrified thoughts that she hadn’t noticed Hordak stood behind her leaning over her shoulder to read the message.

“Recording radges? Captivating”

“I….I…” she stumbled 

He gently put his hand on the Datapad and encouraged her to place it on the tabletop. She relaxed a little at his small attempt to help

“I-i-it’s not that I don’t want to go…it’s just last time…” her eyes darted wildly around the room as she fidgeted with her fingers.

Hordak held her hands in the most comforting way he could, “I wasn’t there last time. This time we’ll do it right -“ he looked up at her “-we’ll do it together…if that’s what you want-”

He could tell she was unsure so continued,

“- a rapid response isn’t required?”

She nodded.

“Then let them simmer for a bit”, he smiled and added, “A cuppa is more certain in order with perplexing prospect. We could do with a break after all”

He leaned in to give her a kiss on the cheek

“And don’t forget the tiny foods”, she giggled

“You’d divorce me if I did”, he chuckled

He held her hand and gently led her out of the lab, leaving the Datapad with it’s prospect of new discoveries behind.  Besides there was culinary discoveries a plenty during Hordak’s Afternoon Tea.

After locking your phone, you took a deep breath and moved over to the sink, staring at your reflection in the mirror. With a hopeless groan you turned on the water and splashed some on your face.

You’ve got this Y/N. It’s just hanging out with two guys. Two really cute guys that you have a crush on, but that’s irrelevant.

You patted your cheeks dry and had to hold back from smacking yourself too hard.

Gosh, I am such an idiot.

Just then there was a knock on the door.

“Y/N?” It was Beomgyu. “Are you alright?”

“Really dude?” Though you couldn’t see him, you could imagine Jay rolling his eyes. “What are you, their dad? They’re probably fine, relax with the overprotectiveness.”

You heard Beomgyu scoff. “And what are you? My dad? Back the fuck up and don’t tell me what to do.”

“Or what, twinkle toes?”

“Or I’ll-“

You decided to leave the bathroom before an actual fight broke out, but unfortunately underestimated just how close Beomgyu had been to the door and successfully slammed right into his side with the heavy piece of metal.

He stumbled back with a groan, his hand coming up to cradle the side of his face.

“Oh my gosh, Beomgyu! I’m so sorry!” You placed your hand on his arm gently. “Are you okay? I swear I didn’t know you were standing that close.”

“Don’t worry about it, it’s alright.” He rubbed his cheek before pausing. “Would you mind checking my face to see if there’s any bruising or anything though?”

“Of course.” You didn’t hesitate in placing your hands on his neck and turning his head to get a better look at where you’d hit him. “Hmm, it looks a bit red here,” You brushed your fingertips across his temple, as softly as possible. “Does it hurt really bad?”

He turned to look you in the eyes. “Not anymore.”

You stared at each other for a moment before there was a snort from Jay.

“Wow, talk about cheesy.”

You coughed and pulled away from Beomgyu, avoiding his eyes. “Sorry, again.”

Beomgyu shrugged. “It’s nothing.”

The air was awkward and tense.

Jay cleared his throat. “So what were you guys up to?”

You perked up, desperate to have something to talk about. “Beomgyu and I were about to get ice cream, actually. Did you want to come?”

Jay glanced behind you at Beomgyu and grinned. “Sure! Thanks so much for inviting me Y/N, you’re so sweet.” He offered his arm. “Shall we?”

You grabbed Beomgyu’s hand and linked your other arm with Jay’s. “Let’s go!”

Inspired by a movie

argue all you want, but MLP gen 4 is technically a movie

I made a few hcs on what species each of the spop kingdoms would be.

I started with the First Ones being alicorn-adjacent. If anyone still remembers Sawtooth Waves, also known as The Brony Notion, he proposed a (debunked) theory that Celestia and Luna were from an alicorn civilisation separate from Equestria. Like how Equestrian ponies earned their cutie marks, ponies from this civilisation would earn their horns and/or wings. You can find that theory here. I propose that the First Ones are something of a similar calibre, where they don't have unicorn horns, pegasi wings, or earth pony strength, but found all three in the Sword of Protection.

Bright Moon consists of pegasi. Bright Moon is connected to the moon, and the closest adjacent is the sky, the affinity of pegasi. Bright Moon's royal family also has some connection to wings, both with Angella actually having wings, and Glimmer having little tattoos of wings on her back.

Mysticore quite obviously consists of unicorns. Not only are unicorns the only equine that can manipulate their surroundings directly using their magic but throughout the history of FiM, there has been several connections between unicorns and sorcerers.

Plumeria consists of earth ponies. Both are strong and resilient, both are overlooked and underestimated and even though only the royal family has the ability to manipulate plants, all Plumerians, like earth ponies, have an innate connection with the planet and its lifeforms.

Salineas is made up of hippogriffs. This reasoning is mainly because of the water aspect of both of them, but there's a little bit more. The structures in Salineas are both above-ground and conch-shaped. Both of these facts make it hard to believe that a) Salineas can be a water-only species and that b) Salineas needs to have an ability that let's them scale curved surfaces relatively easily. Hippogriffs fit both of these conditions. The second is that the most important artefact in both of their cultures is a pearl, one that is so important that it is looked after and used by the royal family.

Frosta's kingdom (I don't think a name was ever stated) is composed of griffons. Using Frosta as an example, they both value a sense of formality over the top of their hot-headedness. They are not as kind to each other as other species, at the expense of the softer members of their society, but they still do care. They both also have connections to tall mountains and the cold.

The Fright Zone was made up of kiren. Of what we see of the original inhabitants of The Fright Zone, they have both a rough, violent side to themselves, and a calmer, warmer side to themselves.

Dryl, or rather Entrapta, is (don't say Mane-iac don't say Mane-iac don't s) a coloured changeling. Entrapta is Entrapta because of her connection to love. She loves science and she loves technology. She loves the princesses and their alliance. When she realised they left her behind, she mourns, but she moves to love Catra, and Scorpia, and Hordak and Emily. Everything about her character and how her character arc moves is a story loving everyone and everything with a level of passion and curiosity consistent with everything. Love is also the core of what makes a changeling a changeling. It feels a desire, a hunger for love so great that it wants to steal it from others, but its that maturing of sharing its love that love with everything around it that lets it finally satiate its hunger.

Or perhaps take a tour of Mysticore The Academy of Magic and watch the firework spells display and marvel at colours you never knew existed! Swim with mermaids (avoid the sirens). Fly on the backs of pegasuses/pegasi! And who knows, maybe if you’re lucky you just might see a local sword-wielding celebrate ;)

Note: When you look outside your window once you’ve arrives at our orbit you might see the remains of The Horde armada. DO NOT BE ALERT. All the warships are decommissioned and disarmed. They are in the process of being scrapped and dismantled, vanquishing the last remanence of Horde Prime once and for all. They are simply yet another historic landmark for you to observe. Take pictures of the site which marked The Fall of Horde Prime! And don’t worry about the surviving clone populous; they are harmless without Prime’s telepathic power. This is Coral! And her main part in the story is a side love interest as well as playing the part of a messenger at the beginning.

The border that isolates Mysticore from the rest of the realm has been around for years, decades, eons!

The only problem is that there is a river, the river mind, and for these eons it has been crashing into the border and slowly wearing away at the earth surrounding it, but also weakening the border itself.

When Jace first meets Coral she lets this secret slide:

“How…how did you get here?”

“It actually makes sense when you think about it!”

Just as water erodes earth and breaks down objects it does the same to the border until it can freely flow through, Jace and Flynn use this to their advantage to send each other gifts and letters, and Coral, being as nosey as she is, has no issues with delivering these gifts and messages.

This eventually leads to Flynn and Jace passing through the weak point of the border into each other’s homelands. But could this develop into a bigger problem? Water passing through is one thing, but other people?

Coral doesn’t think about this, none of them do really.

Flynn and Jace are too busy trying not to get caught and Coral is too busy ogling a very familiar phoenix whose name rhymes with ‘Basher’.
