Finding Your Dream Plot on Srisailam Highway, Hyderabad: A Journey Worth Taking
Let’s Talk Srisailam Highway
So, you’ve heard about the buzz around plots for sale in Srisailam Highway, Hyderabad, and you're curious. Well, who wouldn’t be? With its rapidly growing infrastructure, scenic surroundings, and a steady stream of investment opportunities, Srisailam Highway is shaping up to be the place where you might just find your dream plot.
Tumblr media
Why Srisailam Highway?
When you think of buying land, the first thing that comes to mind is location, location, location! And trust me, Srisailam Highway ticks all the right boxes. Situated in the southern part of Hyderabad, this stretch of road is more than just a highway; it's a gateway to future prospects.
Accessibility: The Srisailam Highway is well-connected to major parts of Hyderabad. Whether you’re driving your own car or relying on public transport, getting around is a breeze.
Scenic Beauty: With the Nallamala Forest nearby, the natural beauty around the highway is a breath of fresh air literally. Imagine waking up to the chirping of birds and a lush green view. Now that’s what I call peaceful living!
Development Boom: The area is witnessing rapid development, with upcoming residential projects, educational institutions, and shopping centers. Plus, the proposed Pharma City nearby adds another feather to its cap.
Types of Plots Available
Now, let’s dig into the nitty-gritty. What kind of plots can you find on Srisailam Highway? Spoiler alert: there’s something for everyone.
Residential Plots: Perfect for those who dream of building a home tailored to their taste. These plots range from smaller sizes for cozy homes to larger ones for sprawling villas.
Commercial Plots: If you’re thinking of starting a business or investing in commercial real estate, these plots offer excellent opportunities given the area’s growth potential.
Agricultural Land: For the green thumbs out there, agricultural plots are available, offering fertile land ideal for farming or even a weekend getaway spot.
What Makes It a Good Investment?
Alright, let’s talk about money. Why should you invest in plots on Srisailam Highway? Here’s the scoop.
Affordable Rates: Compared to other parts of Hyderabad, plots here are still relatively affordable. But don’t expect that to last forever. Prices are climbing as the area develops.
Appreciation Potential: Given the ongoing infrastructure projects and the proposed Pharma City, land prices are expected to appreciate significantly in the coming years. Buying now could mean reaping the benefits later.
Proximity to Hyderabad: Srisailam Highway offers the perfect blend of city and nature. You’re close enough to Hyderabad for work and amenities, yet far enough to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed lifestyle.
Personal Anecdote: My Trip Down Srisailam Highway
Let me take you back to my first trip down Srisailam Highway. It was one of those spur-of-the-moment drives, with no particular destination in mind, just the open road and a craving for some fresh air. As I cruised down the highway, the city’s hustle and bustle faded away, replaced by the tranquility of nature.
At one point, I stopped by a roadside tea stall. The chaiwala, a friendly old man with a beaming smile, told me about the rapid changes happening in the area. He mentioned how land prices had doubled in the last few years and how people from the city were flocking to buy plots here. His enthusiasm was contagious, and I found myself seriously considering the idea of investing in a plot.
The Buying Process: Not as Complicated as You Think
Buying land can feel like a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be. Here’s a simple breakdown of the process:
Research: Start by researching different plots available on Srisailam Highway. Check online listings, talk to local real estate agents, and, if possible, visit the area to get a feel for it.
Legal Checks: Ensure the land has clear titles, is free of legal disputes, and has the necessary approvals from local authorities.
Budgeting: Set a budget, keeping in mind additional costs like registration fees, taxes, and any future development costs.
Negotiation: Don’t be afraid to negotiate the price. Sellers often leave room for a bit of back-and-forth, so make sure you’re getting the best deal possible.
Documentation: Once you’ve finalized a plot, ensure all the paperwork is in order. This includes the sale deed, property tax receipts, and any other relevant documents.
Registration: Finally, get the land registered in your name. This involves paying the necessary stamp duty and registration fees at the local sub-registrar’s office.
Things to Watch Out For
Of course, no investment comes without its risks. Here are a few things to keep an eye on:
Infrastructure Development: While the area is booming, it’s crucial to check the status of infrastructure development. Ensure there’s proper access to utilities like water, electricity, and roads.
Future Plans: Look into the government’s future plans for the area. Are there any proposed projects that could affect the value of your land?
Environmental Concerns: Given its proximity to the Nallamala Forest, make sure the plot isn’t in an environmentally sensitive area where construction could be restricted.
Final Thoughts: Is It Worth It?
In a word, yes. Plots for sale on Srisailam Highway, Hyderabad, offer an exciting opportunity for both homebuyers and investors. With its strategic location, scenic beauty, and promising future, it’s an investment worth considering. Whether you’re looking to build your dream home, start a business, or simply park your money in a promising area, Srisailam Highway has something to offer.
And who knows? Maybe one day, you’ll find yourself sipping chai with that same beaming chaiwala, reflecting on how you made the right choice.

The Prahlada Varada Narasimha shrine, also known as Lakshmi Narasimha temple, is located midst the forest of Lower Ahobilam, Nallamala hills, Andhra Pradesh (the Eastern Ghats). It is about 60 kilometers southeast of Nandyal town (NH 40), 100 kilometers northeast from Tadipatri, and 130 kilometers southeast from the city of Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
It is a part of a major historic South Indian pilgrimage site consisting of 10 Narasimha temples (the other nine are in the surrounding hills called the Upper Ahobilam). These are mentioned in the Vaishnavism-related Sanskrit Puranas and the Tamil texts such as the Kancimahatyma as the Navanarasimha-kshetra pilgrimage site. The site is important to Tamils, as the tradition links this site to Kanchipuram mathas and education centers.
All the temples here are dedicated to the Narasimha avatar of Vishnu in the context of Prahlada–Hiranyakasipu mythology, one of the legends behind the Hindu festival of Holi. Per the regional legend, the entire story of man-lion avatar plays out between sites in Tamil Nadu and Ahobilam in Andhra Pradesh. The Vishnu avatar kills the demon-king hiding in Ahobilam to protect and save Prahlada.
The man-lion Narasimha avatar of Vishnu is ancient, and is found in the Brahmana layer of the Vedas (c. 900 BCE).
The Lakshmi Narasimha temple consists of an east-facing sanctum, antarala, major mandapas with numerous pillars and subshrines on the north and south of the main temple. To the north of the main sanctum for Narasimha is a parallel shrine for Lakshmi.
The temple has two gopuras, aligned with each other. These were added post-Vijayanagara era.
There are several inscriptions in the temple, the earliest of which is from 1515 CE at the entrance of the temples complex. These epigraphs help attribute this temple to king Acyutaraya.
One of the mandapa here is almost a copy of the destroyed Vitthala temple in Hampi region.
The temple includes numerous reliefs and statues, including those for Rama, Sita, Hanuman, Vekantesvara, Devi and others.
This temple shows evidence of intentional damage after the 16th-century. Many parts of the temple have been and continue to be restored.

Akhanda’ movie review | Trailer, release date, cast | Balakrishna, Boyapati Srinu | For better or worse
Murali Krishna(Balakrishna) Is an extremely well-known and respected citizen of the tense Anantapur district. Things get problematic in his area when a mine owned by Varadarajulu(Srikanth) creates massive problems for the poor. Murali Krishna confronts Varadarajulu however, he is arrested tragically. As the goons cause more trouble for the family of Murali Krishna, Akhanda(Balakrishna as Aghora) arrives to help everyone. Is this Akhanda? What is his history? And how does he help everyone in what is the story behind Akhanda.
Akhanda Reviews:
After Legendand Simha the director Boyapati Srinu and actor Balakrishna join forces for their third movie – an all-flashy masala entertainment which is solely based on the main character’s star-power. The story’s plot is diluted because of an unintentional screenplay, and the entire cast is left in the dust to the NBK (including the character he plays). The result could have fans screaming “Jai Balayya” for hours, but it’s not a surprise that Boyapati doesn’t deliver his promise. Murali Krishna (Balakrishna) is a popular man living in the conflict-ridden Anantapur. A farmer, he makes his money to construct hospitals, and to strike when necessary, and also help change factionists so that they can care for the environment and stop using violence. His character almost seems to be an ode to the direction Balakrishna will take in his role. District Commissioner Saranya (Pragya Jaiswal) is determined to make corrupt police officers accountable and probe into the wrongdoings within her district, with the help of the Principal Secretary for Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Padmavati (Poorna). The majority of the time is spent discussing the way Saranya loves Murali and they build an intimate relationship (after an odd flirtation which takes place in the form of the seatbelts Taati Kallu and the telugu tanam) This isn’t the story they tell.
It is the tale of his long-lost sister Akhanda (Balakrishna in the role of an aghora or a baby) who is separated of his home by an Baba (Jagapathi Babu) due to an obligation to fulfill. It is believed that he was born to correct the wrongs committed by Gajendra Sahu (Niitin Mehta) an infamous, brutal man who manages an ashram and pretends to be holy to hide his crime. The other character in the story there is Varada Rajulu (Srikanth) who is another brutal man who engages in illegal mining for uranium in Nallamala in the disguise that copper mining. When those whose lives Murali promised to defend are taken away, and Saranya is forced to fight for the survival of what’s left of her family. Akhanda embarks on a battle to bring the day back.

Express News Service
ONGOLE: It is a common assumption that during rainy season, people in villages abutting forest or wild growth are at risk from snakes. But, how many know that snakes face high risk during the rainy season? ask wildlife experts.
Neelakantha Reddy, Forest Ranger of Yerragondapalem, Nallamala forest, said the rainy season poses more threat to reptiles like snakes as their nests are flooded and when they search for dry ground, they come across humans and most of the occasions end up victims. Most importantly, the rainy season happens to be mating season for the reptiles and they move out in search of partners.
During an awareness programme held at Medapi ZP High School in Tripurantakam mandal, the forest department displayed 21 different snake species and explained their characteristics and behaviour and at the same time the need to conserve them by avoiding a conflict with them.
“All reptiles, particularly snakes commonly venture into human habitations in search of food and safe/ dry shelter as their burrows become destroyed or filled with water/ mud or wet due to rains and inundation. Generally, people try to kill them in a panic mindset. But in fact, only very few species of snakes are danger to the mankind and majority of them don’t do any harm. If we allow them to smooth passage, almost all snakes will disappear within no time. Snakes are great natural environment protectors and they are true friends of farmers,” Neelakantha Reddy explained.
Nallamala forest is a habitat for around 25 different snake species, both venomous and non-venomous. They include king cobras, cobras, vipers, pythons, Indian green vine snakes and rat snakes.
