I will absolutely class the South West Coast Path as one of my most favourite things I’ve ever done. I’m not saying I loved every footstep, obviously I had bad days, we both did. You can’t have a good day every day for 54 days in a row if you’re an actual human being. But oh my gosh, the eyehole fodder! Every section of coast was different. You’d drag yourself up a particularly violent hill but…

That's 177 miles not 177 metres by the way! Quite impressive on reflection that we'd walked the length of the England/ Wales border...although it had taken us a year so perhaps not quite so impressive!
