If 2 rangers cast Pass Without Trace, does the party get +20 to stealth?
@mikemearls @JeremyECrawford if 2 rangers cast Pass Without Trace, does the party get +20 to stealth like Paladin Auras of Protection? #dnd — Nerd Immersion (@nerdimmersion) September 13, 2016 Check out the rule on combining magical effects (PH, 205). Preview: a spell doesn't stack with itself. #DnD https://t.co/V1uBjDm4xX — Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) September 13, 2016

OGL 1.2 Analysis With A Lawyer! ft. MyLawyerFriend | Nerdimmersion OGL 1.2 article: https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/1432-... @MyLawyerFriend article: https://medium.com/@MyLawyerFriend/le... @MyLawyerFriend and I went through the OGL 1.2 on stream the other night. I decided to break that video out as its own separate video, separate from the livestream. This way you only get that commentary and I removed any of the technical difficulties. Might be worth reviewing it before you fill out the OGL 1.2 survey! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[Plain text ID: The first image is a Tweet by DnD Shorts that reads: “Verified Leak: Nobody reads ANYTHING you write in D&D surveys for UAs and OneD&D at @Wizards This has been confirmed by multiple sources. @itsginnydi and @nerdimmersion can verify this as true, they have also had contact with the source. Quotes complied and screenshotted below”
The second image is text over a white background that reads: “Yeah. You ever filled out those surveys? Nobody reads anything you type in those. Nobody.
A senior designer said on the subject: “We don’t care about actual feedback - we’re making the next version of the rules, not our customers. What we do care about is that they will be positively received.”
They went to say:
The surveys are “just a temperature test” on whether people like something
We don’twant to know what armchair gamers think would be better rules.
When asked why the surveys even have a written component if nobody reads it, the answer given was:
“Because if we don’t, then they’ll just send it to us as emails, tweet threads, forums, etc. This way, we channel them to not be disruptive.”
Editorial note: This has been verified from multiple sources and confirmed by sources both Ginny Di and Nerd Immersion have had contact with. I understand it’s hard to believe. I panicked when receiving this information, unsure what to do. Do not attack ANYONE. Do not harass ANYONE. Make your voices heard, calmly and professionally.” End Plain Text ID]

So, this is what WOTC is planning to do with the surveys once the new OGL drops and is “up for review”. Not too surprising, yet disappointing. Remember to keep the talk about the OGL going outside of the surveys, and keep making noise just so they can’t sweep this entire issue under the rug.
(I am trying my best to ID posts as this was asked by few people, so let me know if I am doing anything wrong! I am fairly new to that and I’d like to make the posts accessible for everybody. I had to transcribe the second one myself so I’m sorry if I made any error)
