i will never fucking get over this btw imagine being a famous recently widowed (again) 40 year old man who has saved the world twice and you get a letter from your apprentice to come to america to solve a mystery with him and you show up and new york is looking even more fucked up than usual and you just want to see your son again but then he fucking pulls up on your ass in his 1954 honda swag and yolo wagon and tells you to get your elderly ass in the back seat bc the evil steampunk robot militia is about to roll up and then he takes you to some resistance headquarters where they ask luke whos this guy you just snatched from the retirement home and you find out nobody in america fucking knows who you are and your 14 year old son has way more clout than you and everybody just thinks you’re the boy genius’ loser grandpa

Note: Felt like bridging the gap between my art style and Layton's more, I can't draw luke without giving him those tiny ovals for eyes.

Aside from my art, I'm still not all too optimistic about Flora reappearing in NWOS :/ but I really hope she does!

2025!!! SO FAR... BUT I CAN BE PATIENT...... CRAZY hyped after the level 5 vision teaser for NWOS, I could barely contain myself!! LOVE how things are looking and GOD if I didn't near explode just seeing them together again - Their new puzzle solving animation is SO SO cute!! <3 Seeing them stand shoulder to shoulder working together again is more than my heart can take I'm stupid tired and have too much on my plate rn but I really wanted to draw something for them fdjfhsdf I want to draw something nicer later but!! <3 <3 too exciting!! I'm ecstatic!!

Luke Triton's appearance in the new game is completely perfect!!

He's old enough to be on the same level as Layton and not just a little boy following him around. He's a true gentleman now!

But he's still young enough to get excited about things and look up to the Professor for guidance. Still the same baby we all know and love!

Absolute perfection.

Look at him.

He sits at the grown up table, but still orders a happy meal.

He wears a bowtie to look smart, but his mum has to tie it for him.

He reads news articles about archeology for fun, but still sleeps with a teddy bear.

He thinks he's all grown up, but is still our little Luke.
