Working for a Toronto daily newspaper creates constant demand for fresh photos of the city’s landmarks. They are used (much too often, in my opinion) to illustrate a story for which there was no relevant pictures.

One slow news night in October 2002 I cruised through downtown Toronto and did just that - took night pictures of the recognizable landmarks. And, nothing is more recognizable for Toronto than CN Tower and Skydome. (Zoran Bozicevic photo)

Moon is so bright! Also, I'm impressed that my phone could pick up the stars. The little light between the moon and the street light is Mars and in the last picture the bright spot in the middle is Uranus.

You have no idea, how fun I had trying to take a picture of this little guy. It moved so slow but always seemed to be one step ahead of me and my lense. I didn't even notice the time passed.

its so important to me that artists remember they can fuck around. you never have to use tools as intended. you can always skip steps. you dont have to be organized. you dont have to be neat. you can put as little effort as you want into the parts of the process you dont find fun. maybe if youre making products you cant do these things but on your own time you can do literally actually whatever the hell. it doesnt matter how long you spend on it youve made art and its complete when you decide to quit. yee haw
