In "Master of the Sea," Nya mentions Jay caused an electrical fire in the "practice room" which destroyed it, and proceeded to blame it on Kai.

In "Beyond Madness," Lloyd says Jay was the worst student ever because of the one time he trained in the South Wing, then proceeds to make an explosion noise and gesture.

Was the practice room also in the South Wing, or has Jay blown up two separate locations within the Monastery. If so, how the fuck does he even do that? What the fuck is Jay's Problem.

God I love how all the dragons (or most) immediately trust Lloyd and cuddle up to him.

And of course Lloyd loves them too and I love petting them

Literally, the guy woke up in some strange place, he had no idea where he was, he had just fought the Oni, demons of darkness and destruction, and he and his friends were in danger, but fuck it, because it's a nice dragon and you need to pet it, fuck, it might hurt me because I don't know it but you need to pet it.

Or when Lloyd saves Sora and Arin but they tell him that the empire has kidnapped a dragon and Lloyd says "there is a dragon here" and of course he has to be saved because he is a family

And how he fights with Rapton and starts saying that he has a problem with him because he kidnapped children and OF COURSE THE DRAGON, because dragons are the most important

It's still very sweet that Riyu doesn't even know Lloyd, but he already hugs him and Lloyd immediately starts petting him out of instinct.🥹

There’s something about how both of lloyds parental figures (Wu and Garmadon) also doubled as Mentors and Teachers for him. The lines between parent and master is essential non-existent for him and it probably effects the way he mentors Arin and Sora

There’s just a few subtle things that has happened in DR that make me think the show is coding lloyds relationship with arin especially as like a father son dynamic on top of the obvious mentor mentee relationship. Lloyd isn’t trying to be a Dad per say- but does he really know the difference when the little time he did have with his father was spent learning under “Sensei Garmadon” or when his Uncle inevitably was a father figure, he was also his master training him as the legendary green ninja?

Lloyd wants to be there for Arin like Wu was for him and he knows Arin is having a hard time with his parents not in his life (which he can relate to) makes me wonder if lloyd will subconsciously try to fill a role, a parental role, and all it will do is confuse Arin

Would Arin take comfort in Lloyd being a parental figure to him or is the line way to distinct for him? Would he maybe feel guilty for “replacing” his parents? I dunno!

The reason they haven’t brought Pixal back yet in dragons rising is because she would instantly be able to fix everything going on they know she’s too powerful and they had to nerf the protag team by taking away their Pixal privileges

Hmmggg part of me wants to make some form of in-depth analysis of Imperian culture, and all the different jobs and roles in Imperian society... Maybe all the tattoo variations and what they represent, both job and class-wise... I dunno but I rlly wanna analyze Imperium and make shit up about it.
